Akashi Seijuro x Reader (ON HOLD)

•Jacket•Chapter 2•

•Akashi's POV•

I leave the changing room while the rest are still changing. We stayed in there for an extra thirty minutes because Shintaro lost his lucky item. Today it was a pushpin.

I look over to the bleachers and I completely forgot about (L/N). She fell asleep on the bleachers. I can't help but smile. I grab my jacket from off my shoulders and softly lay it across hers. I can't have her getting a cold. It's the middle of winter, meaning that the gym is the coldest room in the school.

The other members come out of the locker rooms and we start warming up.

•Your POV•

Hmm? I feel something warm across my shoulders. I lightly open my eyes. I gasp when I realize I fell asleep on the bleachers. Everyone is playing basketball. How long was I asleep?

I look at my shoulders and someone spread their jacket across them. There is no way I can tell who's it is because none of them have theirs on. I sigh. Great. Now I don't know who to return this to. I might as well watch them play basketball.

Actually, Akashi is pretty good at basketball. He doesn't seem to have any special talents though. He has bright red hair a maroon colored eyes. He is pretty attractive.

"Alright, good work everyone. You are excused," Akashi says.

Everyone walks into the locker room except for Akashi. He walks over to me.

"Did you enjoy your nap?" This comment makes me blush. He chuckles.

"Sorry, I stayed up so late last night from trying to study. This school is farther along then my old school, mainly why I came here."

"Well if you like, I can help you study. I always get 100%." He says sort of smiling but he also look serious.

"That would be great, thank you." He nods and gets up starting to leave.

"Wait!" I call out. "Is this your jacket?"

"Yeah, but keep it. It looks cute on you. I'll just order a new one." Before I can even respond he goes into the locker room. I stand up from the bleachers and fully put on the jacket.

The jacket was mostly white with light blue around the edges. On the back it says "Teiko Basketball." The jacket is warm. It's either from Akashi or from my body heating up so much from blushing.

Everyone comes out of the locker room.

"Huh? Aka-chin isn't wearing his jacket?" Murasakibara says, while eating a candy bar.

He doesn't say anything and all their eyes are directed at me. They notice that I am wearing his jacket. This makes me blush madly.

"I simply did not want (L/N) to catch a cold." He slightly smiles when he says that.

Midorima pushes up his green glasses.
"It seems Akashi has taken a liking to you
(L/N)."

I look down at the floor as we all exit the gym. Because Akashi and I are in the same class, our lockers are next to each other's. We are the only ones in the hallways.

"Thank you Akashi-kun. Are you sure you don't want it back?" I say beginning to take the jacket off.

"Of course. I don't want you getting sick now."

I grab my stuff out of my locker and finish up.

"Hey (L/N), we are gonna stop at Maji burger after school today. Why don't you join us?"

"Oh...ummm...I don't know, I have quite a bit of studying and..."

"Don't worry, I can help you study later. It won't take long. Come on (L/N), I won't take no for an answer." He says looking me in the eye, smiling.

I can't help it. "Alright." I smile back.
