CHAPTER 42- COMPETITION

*at the studio*

Abby: girls listen up the competition is in our backyard so we dont need to leave right away I want to run the group dance for a half hour then we will leave. THe competition is at the same high school Brooke goes to so it is only 20 minutes from here and it doesnt start til 3 p.m. so we have plently of time to pratice. 

Gianna: alright girls let's go 

Nia: Abby where are the costumes

Kendall: ya we never got to see them

Abby: I have them packed away on the bus you will see them at the competition

* so they pratice for an hour then they get changed into their competition warm up gear*

*on the bus*

Christi: girls listen this is your first competition back without any of the mothers being here. I know it may be hard on some of yous but prove to Abby that you are the team and that even with all you have been through you can still dance the same and are the same. you need to win this

Abby: very nice Christi. I'm glad your stepping up and encouraging the girls

* they arrive at the competition*

Abby: girls listen its the same as christi said. Do it for the moms. remember that they are always watching over you. we all believe you can do it so lets prove you can. prove you are still my same team that your were before the incident

Brooke: girls their right lets do it 

Paige: Lets go out their and win

Maddie: for the moms in heaven

Kenzie: ya

Gianna: hay Brooke whats with the mood change all of a sudden

Kendall: shes just happy today 

Nia: Kendall why don't you let Brooke talk for herself

Brooke: cause we all need to have positive energy in order to win 

Christi: wow Brooke

Abby: I think it is also because Brooke finally realized that she still has people here that love and care for her

Brooke( wispering in Abby's ear): can we tell them now

Abby: yes yes you can

Brooke: Kenzie come here lets tell the girls 

Kenzie: okay

Brooke: We have been keeping secrets all week up until today and i justed wanted to say that. I have a solo.

Kenzie: me and Brooke have a duet and i have a solo

Maddie: me and Brooke have a solo 

Paige: Brooke why would you keep this from us

Gianna: this explains why their were so many extra costumes
