DANCE MOMS- THE LAST TEXT-BOOK 1

Chapter 51

Abby: great job last week. This week is nationals. Everybody will be in the group dance. We have solos going to Brooke, Kenzie, Maddie, Chloe and Paige. I also have two duets going to Nia and Kendall and the other is Brooke and Kenzie. Their will be one trio going to Maddie Chloe and Paige. I will tell you the name of the dances during practice. You should all know the group dance however we will go over it and perfect it. I want to start with the group then the trio then duets and solos will be last. Christi I am going to have to ask you to step out while we do the group dance.

Christi: okay

* so Christi leaves8

Christi's P.O.V.
        Something is wrong here. why are they hiding the group dance from me. its like I'm not supposed to find out about it. Every time they even mention something about it I'm sent out of the room.

*nobody's P.O.V.

Gianna: this dance needs to send that strong message and should win. This dance means alot to all of us here because it is a real event that happened.

Abby: You need to put all of your feelings and emotions into this dance they need to be real. If nothing else wins this needs to. Got it?

Girls: yes

Gianna: okay now lets get started.

* so they work on the group dance for an hour*

Abby: costumes will be ready tomorrow. Brooke can you go get Christi

Brooke: yes Abby

* so Brooke goes to get Christi and they come back into the room*

Abby: the trio which is maddie Chloe and Paige is jazz and is entitled Problem by Ariana Grande. its a fun dance and its saying how chloe and paige would have one less problem if maddie wasnt around.( no hate to any of the girls) so lets get started

* they work on the dance for an hour*

Gianna: the dance is coming out good it is almost finished we will clean and perfect it tomorrow. the order of the duets will be Kendall and Nia then Brooke and Kenzie. the order of the solos will be Paige then Chloe then Maddie then Brooke and finally Kenzie. Got it?

Girls: yes

Abby: the duet between Kendall and Nia is entitled All About That Bass by Meghan Trainor. its a fun jazz piece. It's fun and upbeat

* so they work on the dance for an hour*

Gianna: Brooke and Kenzie your dance is entitled Bang Bang by Ariana Grande, Jesse J, and Nicki Minaj. It's fun and upbeat

* they work on the dance for an hour*

Abby: okay lets take a lunch break before we work on solos

Christi: girls do you want to go and get some pizza

Girls: yes

* so Christi takes all the girls to the pizzeria/=*

*one hour later*

Gianna: girls you ready to get back to work

Girls: yes

Abby: Paige your solo is called really don't care by Demi Lovato. Your saying how you don't care  about what anybody has to say about you. It's a fun jazz number

*they work on it for an hour*

Gianna: Chloe your up. Your solo is lyrical and is the aucustic version of Strong by One Direction. This solo is about how you try to stay strong through anything that happens

*they work on it for an hour*

Abby: Maddie your solo is entitled Chandiler by Sia. It's a jazz lyrical piece. It is about a crazy person

*they work on it for 45 minutes*

Gianna: Brooke your solo is entitled boom clap from TFIOS its a hip hop number I know its not your strong point but I know you can pull it off

*they work on it for an hour*

Abby: Kenzie your solo is called ttylxox by Bella Throne its alittle bit of hip hop mixed with jazz.

* they work on it for an hour*

Abby: all the dances look really nice. now we only have 2 days left til nationals so all of these dances need to be perfect. Christi I know you might be getting mad that we keep sending you out of the room during group rehersals but the girls want to suprise you eith the dance they have been working hard on it for a long time now.
