Jack White, the White Rabbit (now a Wonderland doctor) looked up and shook his head.
Alice clasped her hands over her mouth, tears rolled down her cheeks.
"She died of heartbreak, poor child. How harsh the Queen must be..."
The Princess lay motionless on the bed. Suzie saw a necklace around the Princess's neck. The little charm was a heart, a broken heart.
"Poor Liana, her charm broke along with her heart,"sobbed Suzie.
