Shiro (followed by Alura, Coran, Pidge and Hunk) flooded in the room, the first thing they saw was Lance hugging his knees.
"Lance, buddy-" Hunk started but was cut of by Shiro putting his hand in the air. Everyone fell still, all you could hear was Lance's cries.
"I loved him, why couldn't I just tell him," Lance whispered, he hoped that no one heard, yet Shiro could just about make out the words. He bent down and quietly mouthed into Lance's ear,
"I know Lance, I know." Lance looked at Shiro, his steely eye's weirdly comforting, Lance knew Shiro couldn't begin to imagine what the blue paladin was going through, yet he knew that the adult was aware of that.
Shiro signalled for the rest to leave and they did, Lance looked at him, it was just them in the room, a weak and sad smile spread across the teenagers face, Shiro returned the look.
"Lance I-I don't know what to say."
"I don't want you to say anything Shiro." Lance voice was scratchy and harsh. Shiro got up to leave,
"Don't go, please," The sad voice said. Lance starts crying again, Shiro shuffles closer, he sees how Lance is sat. His knees are against his chest arms wrapped around them. The escapist moves closer to Lance, he puts his arm around him, and let Lance cry, watched as the wet tears poured down his cheeks. The sat there in silence....
