She walks down to the park.

There are kids who are playing on the playground with each other, laughing and running around.

Ellie spots a man pushing a little girl on the swings.

"Daddy! Daddy! Higher! Higher!" She squeals.

Ellie looks at them, thinking of what her childhood would have been like if it was normal.

A smile plays on her lips.

The father and daughter realise her staring at them as the man gets his daughter down from the swings.

"Daddy? What's wrong with that girl?" The little girl questions.

"Don't look at her jewel. Remember, always stay by Shelly, the friend that always gets the answers right. Don't sit with girls like her okay? Or else you'll turn out like her." The guy says.

"Okay daddy! I'll make sure!" She says as she jumps into his arms. He pats her head, proud of his teachings.

Ellie rolls her eyes at them, as she continues her walk.

Suddenly a young man walks up to the guy as they greet each other.

I've seen that guy before..

Ellie thinks.

The young man turns around, showing his dark brown hair and green eyes.

The boy from the shops.

The boy from my dreams.
