On our wedding day i was startled with the ring of my phone.It was Eddy's father calling.
"Hello how are you my daughter i hope you are ready for your day of joining my family."i could sense stress in his voice even though he tried to act cool.
"Yeah am ready is anything wrong" "yeah there is can you please meet us at Nairobi hospital?" I could feel a cold chill click bellow my tummy.i drove like i didnt know road signs and rules.
At the Hospital i was shocked to find the whole family in a sombre mood.my mother was there.Can anyone explain to me?Eddy's mother was held down by two men i percieved to be family members.
Eddy's father cleared the air."my daughter my son is dead.we are awaiting post mortem before we ferry his body to Lee funeral home"i couldnt take the rest of the statements.
