"why did you do that?" i remember you asking when you saw me crumpled my test paper and threw it in the trash can.
"let's pretend that never happened," i said, talking about the math quiz that we just had. i let out a deep sigh thinking about my score. "4/100. never again."
it might seem childish, but that score still haunts me sometimes.
