I woke up the next day feeling rather sick. I threw the covers off of me. All of the vents of yesterday came flooding back to me. I CAN'T BELIEVE CHANDLER!

I had five texts from Chandler. They all read the same thing I am sorry. Yeah right. He played me like the fool I am! I texted back with shut your sorry mouth.

Tears started to well up in my eyes again. So this is what a bad breakup feels like? Maybe I should write a song like Taylor Swift!

I had just gotten a text from Sam. That was strange. He said he broke up with his girlfriend and he was feeling really sad. He doesn't even know half of what I feel! He texted me wanting to know if I wanted to come play video games at his house. I told him sure, anything to make Chandler the least bit jealous.

I nervously rang the door bell. It was like Sam was at the door waiting for me because he opened the door almost as soon as I was done ringing the door bell! Sam looked so adorable standing there in the doorway. His face was light up with a perfect smile. Am I falling for Sam!? I can't because he will just break my heart like Chandler did!

We went to Sam's room with a tub of ice cream. What can I say ice cream really does solve all of my problems! We started to play minecraft. Out of the corner of my eyes I kept seeing Sam staring at me. It wasn't a uncomfortable stare, it kind of put me at ease. After a hour or so of playing, Sam just randomly paused the game.

" I am sorry about how Chandler treated you. I never expected him to cheat on you." Sam said looking down at the floor.

" I never expected it ethier." I said sighing.

" Whitney, I want you to know that you can always talk to me." Sam says looking me in the eyes.

" Thanks Sam I really appreciate it. How are you doing with the whole you know break up." I ask him.

It felt strange to be talking to Sam about relationships with Sam.

" I am doing fine I guess. Sometimes it is just better to move on." he says looking at me sadly.

" I know the feeling" I said almost whispering.

Me and Sam's eyes met. We just stared at each other for a long time. Sam leaned towards me and gave me a small kiss on the lips. Did I like Sam? Sam leaned down again. Should I go with my heart or my guts?

" I think my heart still belongs to Chandler." I admitted.

Sam looked shocked for a second.

" I know you loved him, but isn't it better to move on? He has caused you so much heartbreak." Sam says looking even sadder than before.

I sighed and stared at Sam.

" I am not ready to move on just yet." I say giving Sam a small kiss on the cheek.

" I understand." He said almost like it hurt him to say it.

I rested my head on his shoulder. I just took a couple of minutes to think. Was it worth going back to Chandler when I have Sam who I know would never cheat on me? It just hurt me to even think about trying to get back on Chandler by going out with his friend. Even the possibility of hurting Chandler mad me sick to my stomach.

" I have to go Sam." I said getting ready to stand up.

Sam stopped me and gave me a little kiss on the cheek.

" I understand on whatever you choose." He said.

" I know Sam." I said turning and leaving.
