I decided that I wanted to pass peacefully in my sleep. I closed me eyes and I was about to doze off for good when the doors came swinging open. Ugh who else wants to bug me when I am trying to die peacefully!
It was Carol. She had some equipment with her. My eyes windened when I realized that she was planning on cutting off my arm! I was no about to have my arm cut off!
" Stay away from me!" I demanded.
" I am sorry but this is for your own good." She says like she does this everyday.
" I DON'T WANT TO LOSE MY ARM!" I screamed.
" This is the only way you are going to continue living. ANYTHING is better than dying and becoming one of those." She shivered when she said those.
She handcuffed me to the bed and tied some fabric around my mouth so I wouldn't scream too loud and attract walkers. I was getting really nervous, I basically had sweat pouring down me.
She grabbed a knife and exaimed it in the light of the remaining day. It look sharp enough to cut my arm off with. She also had some towels and bandages to stop the bleeding. She better have some pain medicine too!
I closed my eyes as she lifted up the knife. Down it came onto my arm. I screamed in pain and horror. It hurt like crazy! Then she lifted it again and gave my arm another wack. I screamed at the top of my lungs and I had tears spilling down my face. One last chop and my whole arm came off. By that point I was about ready to pass out because the pain was so intense.
" All done." She said while bandaging my arm up.
I looked down and screamed in horror at what was once my arm. And not to mention the pain was unbearable! At this point I think dying in my sleep sounded like a better idea....
Authors note: Sorry I didn't update for two weeks! I was on vacation so I hope you guys can forgive me. I know this chapter isn't that long but it is four oclock in the morning so cut me some slack. I literally just got back from vacation and the first thing I have done is updated my book. I hope you guys enjoyed.
