The next morning I wake up and get dressed "Ellie! Ashley here!" Dad yells from downstairs "Coming!" I yell back as I run downstairs "Bye Dad" I say as I hug him and run outside to join my best friend
Time skip..........
"Hey Ash" I hug her "Hey El" she replies and I laugh "I'm sorry about yesterday" She says "It's fine, Ash. I'm not mad, I mean I was.....but now I'm not, don't worry" I tell her "Ok good" Ashley says "I love you, y'know that?" I smile "I love you too" I hug her again as we get to school
"Well this is where we part" Ashley sighs as we're at our lockers "Good luck today" "Same" I smile as I fiddle with my combination "Fuck!" I kick my locker with my combat boot heel "Ow! Shit! Shit! Shit! Fuck that hurt! Damn!" I yell "Well someone's mad" I turn to see Tyler "Help me with my locker you idiot" I tell him "Nope" "Ash?" "Yup" she opens my locker "Thanks" "No problem" Ashley smiles as she hugs me "See ya after school" "See ya" I wave and turn back to Tyler "I'm gonna go to class now" I tell him as I start to walk off but he hold my hand stopping me from leaving
I gulp
"What class you have?" He asks "Science" I tell him reluctantly "Really? Me too!" He says as we walk to class
Time skip..........
"Ok class..... Today you will be given a project you'll have to work on with a partner" Our teacher Ms. White says "You will chose one element of the periodic table to write about" I roll my eyes "Our partners for this project our..... Ellie Hart and Tyler Monaghan!" I face palm as I look back and see Tyler  smirking at me the bell rings "Ok class dismissed! Don't forget to work out your projects!" Ms White calls out as we all start to leave "Hey El" Tyler calls I start to head out and he follows me "What? Wanna start working on this project? Y'know what never mind. I'll just do all the work while you sit your lazy ass down in a chair every damn day" I tell him "Ms Hart, that is not the type of language we use at school" Ms White warns I sigh "Sorry" I say as I head out
Time skip...........
8 hours went by quickly as I see Ashley and run to her "Guess what?" I ask "You're working with Tyler on a project?" She asks "How'd you know?" "The look on your face" "True" I say as I see Tyler
"Wanna walk with us?" I blurt out "Sure" he smiles as we walk outside "So....whose house for the project?" He asks "W-What?" I ask "Ellie, I think he means where you wanna go to work on the project?" Ashley tells me "Uh...oh um.... Mine I guess" I smile sheepishly "Ok cool" Tyler says and I sigh "Blush much?" "Oh...what?" I ask "You're blushing" Tyler states "Oh...uh" I mumble as we get to my house
Time skip.........
"Dad I'm home!" I yell as I drop my bag on the floor as my dad comes into the kitchen "Hey sweetie, hey Ashley, how are ya?" He asks "Pretty good Mr. Hart, you?" Ashley asks "Good. So...who's this" he points at Tyler "Oh....uh this is Tyler. We have a science project for school" I tell him "Ash, are you a part of this project?" Dad asks "No" "Well now ya are. Keep an eye on them" "Will do Mr. H" Ashley says as we start to head upstairs
"Keep the door open!" Dad yells "Yeah ok" I mumble as we get to my room
Time skip.........
"So....project ideas?" Tyler asks "I think we should do Gold. It's so rare, yet so priceless. It's Latin word is Auream. And King Midas was infatuated with it" I rant on "Your cute" Tyler tells me "Well....thanks? You are to" I smile "Ok time to work out this project!" Ashley says as we start writing
Time skip...........
An hour later we're done "Well that took longer than I expected" Tyler mumbles "It's work, ever heard of it?" I laugh as I sit on my bed "Hey, Ellie?"  Tyler asks "I know we have the door open and everything, so your dad might see us. But...can I kiss you?" "I don't know, can you?" I say sarcastically as I'm interrupted by his lips on mine
I don't know how long.....
I just know I can't breathe
It's like I forgot how to

Ashley pushes between us "Yo, did you just kiss my best friend?" She asks Tyler "Y-Yeah" "Well, if you're going to date her. Just warning you, if you break her heat. I'll break your face" Ashley says holding up her fists "Ok Ash" Tyler mumbles I laugh "Wanna go to the park?" Ashley asks "Yeah sure" I say "I'm game" Tyler adds "Dad! We're going to the park! We're done our project!" I yell downstairs "Ok!" Dad yells
And Tyler, Ashley and I climb out the window, cuz it's easier😂 lmao don't judge me
