The 3 of us are at the park and Tyler jumps over a fence "Nice moves" Ashley comments "Yeah looking all badass" I add "Thanks" Tyler bows and I roll my eyes "I try" "So what we doing?" Ashley asks "I don't know. But you two don't look like the kind of people who'd smoke or rob a liquor store" Tyler comments looking us up and down
I scoff "Oh yeah? We're more tough then you think we are" Ashley says to him "We are? I mean.... Hell yeah we are!" I say "Ok then..... Let's go" "Where exactly?" I gulp "Liquor store" Tyler smirks "We got some trouble to cause" as he runs ahead of us
I turn to Ashley "Are we seriously about to do this?" "Looks like it. But hey, hopefully we won't get caught" Ashley tells me "Come on guys! Let's go!" Tyler yells as we run after him towards the liquor store
Time skip.................
"Ya sure ya guys can do this?" Tyler asks "I don't know" I tell him "Come on El, you'll be fine" Ashley says "What about you?" "I'm game. I stole a perfume from a mall once" "You what?!" I yell  "Impressive" Tyler high fives her "Come on, guys let's go" Tyler leads the way into the store
Time skip...........
"Ya sure this will work Ty?" I whisper to him as we're scanning the isles "Pet names already huh? And yeah this will work" "Shut up" I laugh as we stop at a rack "Cabernet. Champagne. Perrier" Tyler reads "Perfect"
"Ok how are we getting past him?" Ashley asks pointing to the old man behind the counter "I got this" Tyler says to us as he walks up to the man and a minute later he comes back "Didn't work?" I ask "Nope" He replies I look from Ashley to Tyler "I got a plan" "Stay low" I whisper as we crawl on the floor and make it out the door
The alarm goes off and we quickly hide behind a wall "Hey! Kids! This isn't funny! I'll call the cops!" The man yells as we run away without being seen and breathing heavily
Time skip................
We make it back to Tyler's house and open the door "Anyone home?" He yells and gets no reply "Guess not. They're probably with my sister at her basketball game" He says as we sit on the couch "So now what? Ashley asks "We just committed probably the biggest crime of our lives and you ask 'Now what'? Seriously Ash?" I ask "Sorry" she puts her hands up in surrender "So.... what are we doing with the alcohol?" I ask nervously "Poring it down the drain" Tyler suggests "Why?" I ask "Look, I know I have this "bad reputation" but I'm not all bad. I only buy alcohol to pour it down the fucking drain" He tells us "Ok, noted. Let's do it" I tell him
Time skip................
A few hours later it starts to get late "Hey Ash? What time is it?" I ask as we're all still sitting on the couch
Ashley checks her phone "9:30" she answers "Oh shit! I gotta go" I jump up "My dads gonna kill me" I panic "Just say your sleeping over my house" Ashley suggests "Ok I'll do that. Thanks" I hug her "Hey, what are best friends for?" I smile "Do you think your parents will mind if you stay a little longer?" Tyler asks "I'm pretty sure if I even tell my Dad I was over a boys house he'll probably come running out the house with a shotgun" I joke "Your kidding right?" Tyler asks "Of course I'm kidding idiot" I laugh "Y'know Ty, this was actually fun" Ashley tells him "Oh now you calling me that too?" "Everyday from now on" she nods and he smiles "Ok Ash. And thanks" Tyler says and I smile and hug him "Night Ty" I say "Night El" He says as we're almost out the door "Ellie?" He asks "Yeah?" I ask as he kisses me "Night babe" he smirks and Ashley jumps up and down like a 5 year old "Did you just call me babe?" I ask "Maybe I did. But, I can't help it" Tyler says as he hugs me and Ashley "Wanna hang out again tomorrow?" "Isn't tomorrow Thursday?" Ashley asks "We can skip" He suggests "Yeah......I'll think about it.... No" I say sarcastically as I laugh and we hug one last time and head out the door
Time skip..............
We're walking towards Ashley's house when she says "That was fun right?" "Yeah.... No one got hurt. Or drunk" I mumble "I'm sorry I got over excited a little bit back there" Ashley apologizes "Hey, best friends get over excited when a boy calls their best friends 'babe' I now get that" I tell her "Do you like him?" Ashley asks "Now? I think so" "Tell him tomorrow then" Ashley says I shake my head "I still don't know. What if your right? I might just be one of-" "Ok, Ellie. Listen to me, I was wrong. Ok? I was wrong! He said himself that he's not all that bad! Don't listen to what I said the other day. He seriously likes you" "Ok, ok I get it. No need to lecture me" I joke "I'm sorry" "Don't apologize El" She hugs me
Time skip..................
We get to her house and we open the door to find her parents standing there "Hey Mom. Hey Dad" Ashley says nervously "Hey Nicole. Hey Chris" I add "Where were you two?" Nicole asks "Uh...." Ashley mumbles "We were at our friend Tyler's house. Me and him have this Science project together. We were working at my house, but we got done early so we decided to go to the park and hang out at his place" I tell them "Were his parents home?" Chris asks sternly "No.... They were at his little sisters basketball game" Ashley tells him "Ok.... So let me get this straight: Ellie and this boy are working on a project. You all go to Ellie's house then after your done the project you decide to go to the park and then hang out at his place?" Nicole asks and we both nod "Nicole please don't be mad" I beg "I'm not. You two could've let me know, I mean Ashley I know when your over Ellie's because Mr Hart always calls me but..... You both over a boy's house with no parents there-" "Nothing happened" I state "You don't know that Ellie" Chris tells me "I do. Tyler's a good guy.... A troubled, but good guy. He wouldn't do anything with us unless we asked him too, and we didn't. We literally just hung out and watched a movie marathon that's it" I tell them "Ok. Enough lecturing for one night... I believe you two. Now get to bed, it's a school night" Chris tells us "Yeah Dad" Ashley tells him "Ok Chris" I add "El, you sleeping over?" Nicole asks I nod "Ok, I'll let your dad know" I nod again as Ashley and I run upstairs and head to sleep
Ok! Hope u enjoyed that chapter! I literally just thought of Halsey's Hurricane music video the whole time I wrote this and I also listened to Robbers by The 1975 to help along w/ the music video bc I luv that band!
