We arrive outside of pride rock and dismount our horses before Nala runs towards me and engulfs me in a hug.

"Good to see you too cuz" I greet and them see Simba
"King of the Pridelands" I joke while bowing
"Queen of the Outlands" Simba jokes back bowing as well

We all fall into laughter and I introduce everyone before we head to our rooms in the castle and unpack.

Me and Nala are currently sitting in the lounge talking with Cocoa curled up in my lap.

"How long till you stay here permanently?" Nala questions
"Less than two months" I admit
"It's scary to think that in two months you finish school"
"Yeah it's scary to think of what life has in store for me"
"You'll be an amazing Queen"
"I already know what I'll do when I stay here"
"Can't wait to hear it, come on let's go to see the others"

Cocoa runs up my arm and perches on my right shoulder before we head outside to see Spike and Rebecca playing tag and cheering with some of the other children in the kingdom.

I walk up to the edge of the pride rock (the rock from the movie is in the castle grounds next to the castle) and start to sing.

You think you own whatever land you land on
The Earth is just a dead thing you can claim
But I know every rock and tree and creature
Has a life, has a spirit, has a name

You think the only people who are people
Are the people who look and think like you
But if you walk the footsteps of a stranger
You'll learn things you never knew you never knew

Have you ever heard the wolf cry to the blue corn moon
Or asked the grinning bobcat why he grinned?
Can you sing with all the voices of the mountains?
Can you paint with all the colors of the wind?
Can you paint with all the colors of the wind?

Come run the hidden pine trails of the forest
Come taste the sunsweet berries of the Earth
Come roll in all the riches all around you
And for once, never wonder what they're worth

The rainstorm and the river are my brothers
The heron and the otter are my friends
And we are all connected to each other
In a circle, in a hoop that never ends

Have you ever heard the wolf cry to the blue corn moon
Or let the eagle tells you where he is been?
Can you sing with all the voices of the mountains?
Can you paint with all the colors of the wind?
Can you paint with all the colors of the wind?

How high will the sycamore grow?
If you cut it down, then you'll never know
And you'll never hear the wolf cry to the blue corn moon

For whether we are white or copper skinned
We need to sing with all the voices of the mountains
We need to paint with all the colors of the wind

You can own the Earth and still
All you'll own is Earth until
You can paint with all the colors of the wind

I feel a hand on my shoulder and look back to see everyone, Harry pulls me into a side hug as we stand on the edge of pride rock watching the birds sore, the children play and the adults relax and enjoy their children having fun.

This is my home... Pride rock has always been my home but when I left ten years ago I just didn't realise.
