We freeze and then we hear the sirens go away
We all took a deep breath. Thank God they went away.
"What are you going to do, Sawyer?" Adym asked.
"I don't know. I guess I'll just go to the police station." Sawyer said.
"We'll go with you. I mean you are technically family to me and I want to be there for you." I say.
"Yeah, we'll go with you." Adym said.
"Okay, thank you guys." Sawyer said.
"No problem." Me and Adym said at the same time.
We all group hug and then we walk out, with Adym holding my hand.
As we get in the car, I remember something.
I remembered that the cashier was Laura's mom. But that wasn't the most important thing right now. Or was it?
Adym was driving, Sawyer was in the front with him, and I was in the back. I wanted to tell Laura but, if I did she would obviously get mad at me. Especially, since I didn't tell her that she was involved with Adym disappearing.
Well, at least I have Adym right?
