We saw Laura in the police station crying.
All I heard her say was "my mom was killed. Please help me." She said said that about 5 times until she spotted us and ran over to give me a hug. She said "Layla! Oh my god, I haven't seen you in forever!"
"Hey! What's going on?" I asked.
"My mom was killed. I went into work this morning and Johnson said he went into someone's house and found my mom dead." Laura said.
"Awe I'm so sorry." I said while I fake cried.
"I'm gonna go look for Sawyer." Adym whispered in my ear.
"Okay" I said silently.
"So why are you in here?" Laura asked suspiciously.
" I uh..came in to file a...robbery?" I said not so sure if that even made since.
"Oh, okay." Laura said convinced.
Whew that was a real close one.
