"Step four," he grinned, "You have to be able to kill something." He was hanging upside down the tree while she was standing in front of him, their faces in line with each other.

"What?!" Her eyes widened in disbelief, "There is no way I'm doing that!"

"But you have to."

"No."

"Yes!" He laughed.

"No!"

"Coward."

"I am not!"

"Yes you are, girly."

"Stop calling me that!" She shrieked.

"Girly." His smile grew wider.

"I am not girly!" She screamed at him.

"Prove it!"

"Fine!" She shouted at him. Malaya's competitiveness has struck again. Instead of thinking about her decisions, she followed her emotions which currently is now directed to anger. She reached up to feel Michael's pockets and found what she was looking for.

A pocket knife.

She gave him a glare before storming off into the deeper part of the woods. He laughed at her reaction as he watched her with amusement.

He stared at her walk away and something in him stirred. He grimaced as this feeling was not familiar to him. He wasn't sure what it's called but all he knew was he was growing fond of this girl.

Very fond of this girl.
