So, I have decided to rewrite this recommendation since I was basically a blind stan back when I initially wrote this (It pains me to write in uppercase, ugh)

Daughter is an indie folk band (well, trio) consisting of Elena Tonra who does lead vocals. Igor Haefeli who plays electric guitars (Yes, electric guitars.), and Remi Aguilella who plays bass (I'm pretty sure it's bass? I'm not really good when it comes to telling instruments apart.)

They self-released their debut EP His Young Heart back in 2011. On the same year, the Wild Youth EP was released. The latter was, as described by the For Folk's Sake website which praised Daughter "one of the unique sounds in the pop landscape today."

I won't bore you any further with the rest of their history, but they have three albums, three EPs (not counting Spotify Sessions) and four singles.
