Chapter 9.

Holly's p.o.v.

"You knew?"James stepped back from meg and looked hurt, he looked at con and walked off, I couldn't hold back the tears any longer, and neither could meg, I looked at con before he walked off just stood there in a state staring at him, he looked down and carried on going anyway. Megan started crying by this point, I went over and hugged her and then we just stood looking at brad and tris, they looked sorry but it wasn't all their fault, we were keeping their secret for them.

"It'll get sorted, you won't lose them, I promise" tris then came and hugged us with a reassuring smile. "I hope so tris" Megan wiped her eyes. Moments later con and James walked in, they looked upset.

"I'm so sorry James, I wanted to tell you, but I promised" Megs was crying again he just looked down at the floor. I couldn't look at Connor, I wanted to but I couldn't, I knew if I did I'd start crying again and I didn't want that, so I didn't look at him. "You can't even look at me" fuck.

"No I can't because I'll start crying again" and I did. This time it was me who walked off, It was my house and I walked out, Megs followed me. "I think they need to talk just the four of them, we'll stay here for a bit" she always cheered me up.

We sat on the door step for at least an hour when con and James came to sit with us, I was scared and I could feel my self wanting to cry and I looked at Megan, I could tell she did to but we didn't, we had to face what was about to happen weather it was good or bad.

Megan's p.o.v.

"It'll get sorted, you won't lose them, I promise" tris then came and hugged us with a reassuring smile. "I hope so tris" I wiped my tears. Moments later James and Connor walked in, they looked upset.

"I'm so sorry James, I wanted to tell you, but I promised" I couldn't stop myself from crying, I hate upsetting people and I've literally just upset my hero. He just looked down at the floor, it crushed me. I looked over to holly and she couldn't even look at Connor, I could tell she would start crying again.

"You can't even look at me" he sounded harsh, but it was understandable, he was upset.

"No I can't because I'll start crying again" and she did.

This time it was Holly who walked off, I followed her. "I think they need to talk just the four of them, we'll stay here for a bit." It wasn't our place to get anymore involved than we already were, it was more important the boys sorted out there friendship.

We sat on the door step for at least an hour when con and James came to sit with us, I honestly thought that was it, our little fairytale over. I could feel the tears threatening to leave my eyes and I could tell holly felt the same but we managed to hold back the tears, We had to face what was about to happen wether it was good or bad.

James put his hand on my back. "How is everyone?" I asked, holding back my sobs. "Well we're all pretty much emotional wrecks, but we're okay, it's just going to take some getting used to I suppose." He sighed, I was happy that the boys had sorted it out, I think, but I couldn't help fear what was to come.

Connors p.o.v

We walked back in and Megs apologised to James but he didn't say anything, I looked at Holly but she didn't look back "you can't even look at me" that sounded harsher than I expected but I was upset "no I can't because I'll start crying again" she wanted to sound snappy but I could tell that if she tried to hard she'd have broken down. She looked at me and she was crying then she walked off, this would be a good time to run after her and try to sort it out but I couldn't I was too angry, but Megs followed behind her, also crying.
