Marinette was never told where exactly to go, but she was being looked at by almost everyone in the park, making her uncomfortable. She was wearing a not so casual dress so she didn't blame them.

"Mari?"

Marinette turned around to Max and Kim. The two looked at Marinette, up and down and held their ice creams. They exchanged looks and looked back at Marinette.

"Hey, long time no see!" Marinette greeted the boys. Kim smiled.

"Why the dress?" Max asked. Marinette looked down at herself and then back at the boys.

"I have a...date? I don't know what it is, but I'll find out soon, I guess." She shrugged. Max chuckled.

"I don't know what's more unsafe. You in this dress at 7:56 at night or the fact that you don't know if this is a date or not." Max said. Kim laughed. Marinette rolled her eyes.

"I'll be fine, guys. No need to worry." Marinette laughed.

"Yeah boys, she'll be fine."

Adrien's voice was heard and the boys immediately turned around. He wore a tux and held a rose in his hand.

Adrien smiled at Marinette and took a good look at her.

Max and Kim continued to stare at him and he cleared his throat.

"You better keep her safe!" Kim told Adrien.

Yeah! That's our precious class president! Nothing happens to her and we're good! Got it?" Max followed.

Adrien chuckled.

"Trust me, I got it." Adrien looked at Marinette. Max and Kim turned to Marinette. They gave her hugs and waved her goodbye.

"They're weird." Adrien mumbled. Marinette giggled. Adrien handed Marinette the rose we was holding and she gladly took it.

Snaking his arms around Marinette's waist, he met her eyes.

"You look breathtaking, Princess." Adrien smiled. Marinette blushed.

"Thank you. You don't look so bad yourself." Marinette nodded at Adrien and he chuckled.

"So what's the purpose of this? I feel so extra meeting in this park in this dress." Marinette asked Adrien.

"We're going to a party. It's Nino's. It was formal and I wanted you to feel gorgeous as you are. Hence, the dress, and the necklace. I also got you this." Adrien reached into his back pocket and pulled out a small case.

He opened it, revealing a silver bracelet, with a charm on it. The charm was a green and silver cat.

Marinette's mouth fell a little as she held her hand out to take it. Examining it, she smiled.

"It's adorable. I love it." She said, putting it on. Adrien smiled.

"Lets get going then." Marinette started to walk when Adrien grabbed her hand.

"Wait." He said. Marinette turned to him curiously. "Is something wrong?" She asked. Adrien shook his head and took a deep breath.

"I like you Marinette. A lot more than I should. You're absolutely amazing and prideful. You see the good over bad. You saw me. Even though we had a little bit of a rough start, I've fallen for you. Fallen too hard. So hard I don't think I'd ever recover from it. I just have a question." Chat spoke in one breath.

Marinette's heart raced a little as Adrien took her hands.

"Do you feel, the same feelings that I feel for you?" He asked.

Marinette looked at the ground, before looking at Adrien again.

"Yes."

Adrien sighed in relief.

"Really?" He asked for reassurance. Marinette let out a small laugh. She nodded.

The night was still young for the two lovers, and there was so much happiness in the air.
