His body is rather slim yet muscular with a tail that extends from his spine/tail bone. His hands are normal looking except for the places on his finger tips where his claws retract. He has snake bite piercings, septum, nose bridge, and two piercings on his left eyebrow
Personality: He is the ill behaved and most optimistic of the creations of Doc. His wild attitude where he flies through life like a giant party will surely get him killed sooner or later. He is serious with though when he Father asks of something of if a loved one (I.E Mira{Mentioned later}) is hurt

Backstory: A spoiled rich kid who was always mommy and daddys favorite only child. His arrogence was his undoing but in the grand scheme though it was perfect. His hobby in life was to modify his daddy's Bugatti and take it drift racing for some dough. He raced with a fiery passion, risking his life (and licence) each time he went on the road. One fateful day, the traction while drifting was too much causing him to rollover. He was fine, just a little shook up before one of his competitors hit the car in a blazing speed. His neck snapped and his life was fading, in his eyes a pair of green converse appeared and everything went black. Doc took the unconscious and dying remains of the boy back to his lab where he preformed his fifth experiment on him. His body was broken and mangled, the first ever creation he actually had his nanos assist him in the operation in fixing and repairing his organs. Doc's vast knowledge helped the boy survive but with a brand new life. William Oppermen was know Jack Butcher, speed demon of the streets with a cute girlfriend named; Mira Alexandra.
Strengths: He is very fast on the road and on foot. His cougar genetics allow him to run at amazing speeds
Weaknesses: Freezing time drains his stamina quickly and makes him tad sick each each use.
