The glitchy girl is named Ethel.

this is an older picture of her but I'll try to make a new one!

Ethel (general summery)
Is 6 ft. Tall
Has dark grey skin
Black markings
Can teleport (not very good yet)
Loves to sneak up on people
Comes from a different dimension. Does not know where though.
Has a necklace from parents
Can summon and shoot green/blue fire
Generally quite, but talkative when you get to know her.
Is trying to find a way to get back home
Sensitive to light
Can see in the dark and eyes glow.
Water burns her. (Like fire or lava burns us)
Likes the dark
Lives in abandoned building
Almost always on the run from the police because, you know, creepy mysterious creature.
Hides emotions.
