~•~•🍹 smoothies: great way to eat fruit,without actually knowing it's there. add some yogurt, ice and milk to it.
~•~•🍧 ice pops: make your own with all natural 100% fruit juice of your choice.
~•~•🌽 popcorn: not the microwave one, but the air popped one. it has less chemicals and allows you to put the butter and salt to how you like!
