Perseus Riddle *REWRITING*

Chapter 2

          ~ 2 weeks later~
I just got home from work and was about to start making dinner..... Ah, who am i kidding i can't cook, i was about to order pizza, when someone knocked on my door. I stuck my head out the kitchen door and look at the front door, wishing i had x-ray vision so i could see through the door. But i don't so i walked up to the door and opened it, like a normal person, what i seen made me want to close the door again. 6 people stood there. 3 of them were teenagers, one boy had red hair, another girl had bushy hair, and the last boy looked like a mini-me except he had glasses, a lightning scar, and he didnt have as many muscles as i did or my height. One man had brown hair and a bunch of scars going across his face but who am i to judge i have one too just not as many, we can be scar buddies getting of track, the other had shoulder length black hair and was glaring at me, come to think of it they were all glaring at me except for the brown haired man with scars, and the last man who looked like Gandalf. The thing that got to me most was what they were wearing. I looked them up and down and opened my mouth, "You do realize that Halloween is not today, right"? Mini-me looked annoyed, as did red head, bushy hair, and the guy with the shoulder length hair, while Gandalf simply looked amused with scar-face.

Harry's POV (couple hours earlier)
I can't believe it. I'm actually being allowed into an Order meeting. Maybe this time I'll actually get some information. I sat down next to Sirius and Hermione, who sat next to Ron. We all waited for Dumbledore to arrive and that's when the meeting will start. We all heard the pop of apperation(sp) and watched as Dumbledore walked in. He stood at the head of the table, "I have important news. Apparently Tom had a daughter", he was cut off by voices of disbelief coming from the Order and myself. I stood up in rage that Voldemort, the evilest man alive has a family. Ron voiced my thoughts, "How does that thing have a family? He's completely evil. Not to mention ugly". Dumbledore kept completely calm and answered with the same twinkle in his eyes that always seem to be there, "You have to remember Ronald, that he didn't always look like that not to mention anyone can have a family it's just a matter if you think of them as your family or not". With those words he shut everyone up. Sirius stood up, "And just what are we going to do about Voldemort junior"? Dumbledore looked at him as if the answer were obvious, and it was, we kill him before he can join his Grandfather, but the words he said next were not what i was expecting, "He, to my knowledge, knows nothing about the wizarding world yet he is extremely powerful. So he will come to Hogwarts to learn how to control his magic". If Sirius wasn't mad before now he was outraged, but could you blame him this is Voldemort's gradson we're talking about. The grandson of the man, if you could call him that, who's currently trying to take over the wizarding world. Sirius stood up and stomped over to Dumbledore, "You expect me to let you teach Voldemort's grandson how to use magic when he's probably already working with The Dark Lord. Even if he doesn't know anything about magic he could like the sound of what He's doing and follow in his footsteps, which i might add may just be killing Harry". Dumbledore never lost the twinkle in his eye, "Sirius, you know better then anyone not to judge someone based on their family. When you went to Hogwarts everyone expected you to get into Slytherin and follow Tom, but you proved everyone wrong by getting into Gryffindor". Sirius backed up slightly, "Yes, but-", he was cut off by Dumbledore, "Don't tell me that your not the same. You came from a well known dark family, so does he. The only difference is that your family raised you to follow Tom, while he has no idea that magic even exists". That made Sirius waver and sit down. Dumbledore cleared his throat, "Now i want Harry, Sirius, Remus, Hermione, and Ron to come with me to meet Perseus". No-one argued with him and he left.

              ~Time skip~
A couple hours later me, Hermione, Ron, Sirius, and Remus were waiting in the living-room waiting for Dumbledore to come. Less than 30 seconds later the familiar sound of apparition was heard echoing around the house and Dumbledore walked in and started talking, "Since no-one knows where he lives, i will take us there". Sirius grabbed one arm, i grabbed the other, Remus grabbed Dumbledore's  shoulder, Ron grabbed Sirius' arm, and Hermione grabbed mine. I felt the familiar sensation of apparition. The sensation of being pulled in every direction only lasted a couple of seconds until we arrived at our destination. The expressions on Ron and Hermione's face probably resembled my own. We appeared in some sort of alley. The first thought that crossed my mind was that he lived here but Dumbledore shot that idea down before i could open my mouth, "We can't appariate(sp) in front of the building because muggles are almost always walking around". With that he walked out of the alley, the rest of us following closely behind. We stopped infront of an apartment door and Dumbledore knocked. A minute later it was answered. I expected to see a bald, slit-eyed, no nose, pale skined man, but what i seen was a lot more surprising. The man that answered had dark messy hair, was tall like 6 feet tall, had what looked like an 8 pack, his body was lean like someone who swims a lot, but what stood out the most was his face. He had sea green eyes that looked like they used to sparkle with mischief but now had a shattered look, like broken glass, his face had lines like he used to smile all the time but didn't anymore, he also had a scar like me but his was more obvious. With mine i could cover it up with the fringe of my hair, but his went from one corner of his face, across his right eye, to his chin. All in all he kind of looked like a fitter, taller, different eye colored, more prominent scar, me. He looked us up and down and opened his mouth, i prepared for a voice that sounded like a snake, but instead found his voice to be deep and smooth the voice that could calm almost anyone, "You know Halloween's not today, right"? I knew i looked annoyed, as did Hermione, Ron, and Sirius, but Dumbledore and Remus just looked amused. Dumbledore's eyes twinkled even more, if that's possible, as he spoke, "Is there a Perseus Riddle living here"? The man shook his head, "I don't think anyone by the name Riddle lives in this building. But my names Perseus Jackson". Oh so he goes by a different name to throw people of his track. Dumbledore simply smiled liked this didn't surprise him and asked to go in. Perseus  simply opened the door wider, letting us in. Dumbledore took the lead and walkd in asking a question as he went, "Do you have somewhere we might talk without being disrupted"? Perseus nodded his head and led us to a living-room, "You don't have to worry about being disrupted, i live alone". That shocked me. Doesn't he have a Mom? Apparently Hermione thought this too, only she decided to voice her thoughts, "Don't you have a Mom? You look to be about 18 so you would've been just getting out of High School. How do you pay for everything"? He looked sort of shocked and pained at the questions, "I am 18. I have a job working as a bartender. I live alone because my Mom and stepdad aren't here". Dumbledore decided to interrupt and get straight to the point, "Perseus, we're to talk about a man called Tom Riddle. This man was an orphan. He went to a school called Hogwarts, where he learned marvelous things. I taught him, i found him in the orphanage. Yet i never could see what was happening. You see Perseus, Tom grew bitter at the world. He began tampering with dark things as he grew older. He became known as Lord Voldemort, but this name cause so much fear that people began calling him He-Who-Must-Not-Be-Named, The Dark Lord, and You-Know-Who. Tom relished the fear he struck in people. He began killing, only certain people like people who got in his way, who he didn't like, who disrespected him, who didn't listen to him, people who didn't follow him. But 14 years ago he was killed by Harry", he gestured to me, "But he was resurrected last year. Perseus, Tom Riddle is a wizard. The world he's trying to take over is called the wizarding world. The school he went to is call Hogwarts School for Witchcraft and Wizardry. And you are his grandson. Your mother is his daughter but she is a squib, someone born to wizards but can't do magic". He looked utterly lost, "So what your trying to say is that there is an evil man called Voldemort trying to take over the world, that Harry killed years ago, and i just so happen to be his grandson"? Dumbledore nodded, "You have magical potential, that's why i want you coming to Hogwarts to learn magic as a 5th year". He looked surprised and waited a minute before replying, "Why not? I don't have anything else to do". Dumbledore looked shocked that he agreed so easily, but smiled anyway. I, however was suspicious. Why did he agree so quickly? What did he mean when be said he didn't have anything better to do? Great, now I'm starting to sound like Hermione. Dumbledore nodded and told him to grab his stuff. About 5 minutes later Perseus came back with a duffle bag. A duffle bag. How does he fit everything in there? He probably lied about not knowing what magic is and put an undetectable extension charm on it. Yeah, the grandson of Voldemort would do that. We all apparated(sp) to Grimwauld Place, with Dumbledore taking Perseus, Remus taking Ron and Hermione, and Sirius taking me. When we showed up the whole Order was waiting for us. My day got better when Moody slamed Perseus into a wall.

What happened next? Don't look at me not even i know thats up to the author. Wait.... I am the author. I'VE GOT TO START PLANNING. Hope you like it so far. The part where percy wishes he had x-ray... Yeah that actually happened. One time someone knocked on our door and it freaked my mom out so she hid behind a wall and peeked her head out like she could actually see the guy. I wasn't there but we had security cameras and i just kept watching it over again. The guy who knocked turned out to be someone handing out pamphlets. Well, story's times over kids. I have some planning to do. By the way who should i pair percy up with? It cant be anyone from his past cause they all betrayed him. Its between Luna, Ginny,  and Hermione. VOTE WHO YOU WANT I MIGHT COUNT OTHERS IF YOU CAN THINK OF OTHER HOGWARTS GIRLS THAT I MAY HAVE FORGOT. Thats all i have to say........ This is getting awkward.... I guess i'll just...leave now.
