"Roslin caught a fine fat trout," Taliya read from the raven's scroll in her hands, "her brothers gave her a pair of wolf pelts for her wedding, signed Walder Frey," she finished as she quickly glanced over the scroll again incase she had missed something before looking up and giving her lord father a questioning look,

"the Lannisters send their regards," he replied with a somewhat sinister smile,

"we do?" she asked. Taliya was quite intelligent as nothing usually passed her, but this was causing her quite the confusion,

"Robb Stark is dead, so is his mother and his uncle is captured by Walder Frey," Lord Tywin explained as he put his daughter out of her own confusion,

"so Lord Bolton can be trusted," she replied raising her eyebrows at him as she sat down in the chair opposite him as he sat at his desk in his chambers. She wore a deep green and gold gown, one that so nearly matched her mesmerising, emerald eyes,

"indeed," her lord father nodded, "you were right to trust him,"

"that's seems surprising for you," she spoke, "I am good judge of character father,"

"so you are,"

"and what of Jaime?" Taliya asked as she placed the raven's scroll carelessly onto his desk before flicking her eyes back to his as she watched and waited his response,

"Lord Bolton assures me Jaime will be here in King's Landing very soon," he said,

"what aren't you telling me?" she asked as she watched him knowing he was hiding something from her,

"nothing for you to worry about," he replied with a somewhat unconvincing smile,

"father, I want to know what your hiding from me," the younger Lannister insisted as she stood up to her father,

"leave me, I'll see you tomorrow morning," he said sending his daughter from his chambers,

"if you say so father."

Taliya knew he was hiding something from her, but nether the less she left him at his request.

She had managed to busy herself for the rest of the day. Seeing to things that needed seeing to, speaking with people that she needed to converse with and tending to the long list of errands that needed completing. She was somewhat exhausted to an extent when she found herself in her younger brother's chambers along with his servant, Podrick. Taliya laughed as she watched Podrick watch her younger brother with amazement as he downed yet another goblet of wine.  Taliya had decided to not join in on their drinking game.

"Keep up," Tyrion said slamming his empty glass to the table,

"I don't think I can my Lord," Podrick replied as Tyrion filled both of their glasses and then his sister's,

"It's not easy being drunk all the time," he slurred with the scar across his face still not heeled, "everyone would do it if it was easy,"

"some rather be sober when making important decisions brother," Taliya spoke as she placed a grape in her mouth,

"but, you can't be held responsible for your decisions whilst intoxicated," Tyrion said with a wink,

"very true," she smiled in response as she held her glass up to him as she heard his chamber door creak open. "Sister," she called as she saw her older sibling strolling in across Tyrion's chambers.

Her sister wore a dark red gown which was very similar to her own dress. However, Cersei had recently opted to embrace metalwork into her gowns, whereas, the younger Lannister's gowns were still covered from head to toe in golden flowers. She watched her sister walk across her brother's chambers pointing to Podrick and demanding that he left. Which he did.

"Taliya," Cersei smiled softly as she walked around the table, "enjoying married life Tyrion?" she asked raising an eyebrow to her brother as she sat down in the empty, "you know an unhappy wife is a wine merchant's best friend," the golden haired Lannister said as she glanced to her sister before pouring herself a glass of wine,

"she doesn't deserve this," Tyrion said,

"none of us deserve this," Taliya replied back,

"if you start trying to work out who deserves what before long you'll end up weeping for each and every person in the world," the eldest of the three spoke wisely,

"there's nothing worse than a late blooming philosopher," Tyrion muttered, "will you be facing your marriage to Ser Loras with the same philosophical spirit?"

"I won't be marrying Ser Loras,"

"I seem to remember saying something similar about my own marriage," Tyrion said,

"and me," Taliya added in raising her glass in agreement,

"you're not me," she smiled,

"and aren't we glad of that," Taliya laughed lightly as she looked to her brother,

"you want to make things better for Sansa? Give her a child,"

"so you can tell father that it was you that finally talked me into it?" Tyrion replied,

"so she can have some happiness in her life,"

"you both have children, how happy would you say you are?" he asked,

"well, my children were killed in battle," Taliya sighed, "so not very," she added with a frown upon her lips,

"they are the only things that kept me from throwing myself from the highest window in the Red Keep," Cersei added looking to the ground, "they're the reason I'm alive," she smiled,

"even Joffrey?"

"even Joffrey," she added as she perched on the arm rest of Taliya's seat, "he was all I had once before Tommen and Myrcella were born," she smiled, "I used to spend hours just looking at him, his wisps of golden hair, his tiny little hands and feet, such a jolly little fellow," she smiled reaching down a placing a kiss in younger sister's hair, "you always hear the terrible ones were terrible babies, we should have known even then we should have none," she said letting out a little laugh, "it's nonsense," she said as the smile on her face disappeared, "whenever he was with me he was happy and no one can take that away from me, not even Joffrey," she said taking a large gulp of wine, "how it feels to have someone, someone of your own, but at least he is still with me," she said looking down to her little sister,

"how long does it go on?" Tyrion asked contemplating many things in his mind,

"until we have dealt with all of our enemies,"

"every time we deal with an enemy we create two more,"  Tyrion stated,

"well, then I suppose it will go on for quite a long time," Cersei replied.
