Grace raised her hand and knocked twice on the door
She took a deep breath and 1 minute after, it opened
"Hey bub," Randy greeted, clean-shaven with a smile as he kissed her hair
"Hey Rands," she replied, brushing past him when he opened the door wider
"Take a seat, I'll get you a beer," he said, going into the kitchen
"So what's up?" Randy asked, looking at her with a smile as he sat down opposite her
"What's been up with you lately?" She asked him, his smile dropped and he gave her a look
"What're you talking bout?" He asked
"Why're you making such a big deal of this tag team match? You're being weird and John and I are confused because of your constant mood swings," she admitted and that's when Randy's anger boiled over and he put down his beer and angrily looked at the wall next to Grace's head
"You know what I don't get? How you and John suddenly get back together and your relationship is suddenly more important to you than your career, everytime you're with him, you change. And I don't like the change. And whenever you're with him you don't care about anyone else, and it's disgusting," Randy told her
Grace looked shocked at Randy's outburst
"It's not disgusting Randy, it's called being in love," she explained
And Randy's mood went from angry to bitter as he chuckled then took up his beer, getting serious again as they made eye contact
"I get so excited about our tag matches because I miss my best friend, who ever since she got back with that boy scout has not given me the time of day," he spat
"I get excited because I think for a second I'm gonna have my best friend all to myself," he continued
"But up to present that hasn't happened," he finished
"Randy, I-" she began
"Look, I need to go meet Hunter and Stephanie right now, so thanks for stopping by but I need to leave," he dismissed and she closed her mouth and nodded
"Hey babe, how'd it go?" John asked, from where he was, making dinner, he knew things were awkward between Grace, himself and Randy and he didn't want it to be. So when Grace said she was gonna talk to Randy, he was completely on board
"Not so well," she replied, sitting on the island near to where he was
"What happened?" He asked, drying his hands and leading her to sit on the couch
After she had done explaining, he sighed
"Randy should keep himself under control, he takes all of his anger out on everybody else instead of focusing on himself to be better," John explained while Grace listened and memorized the contours of his face
"I don't want him to be angry at me, but he's blaming his lack of communication on us being back together," she said, frowning
"Well he can believe what he wants to believe, I love you and that's all that matters to me," John revealed
"Awh, I love you too Johnny," Grace replied, hooking a hand behind his neck
"I just wish he didn't have to be so difficult," she huffed
"It's Randy babe, he's always gonna be difficult." He replied making her chuckle
"You're so cute," she flirted, hugging him close to her
John kissed her head
"I love you," he said with a smile
"I love you too," she replied, giving him a sweet kiss
"C'mon I'm making dinner," John said, getting up and taking her hand, walking into the kitchen, Grace following him with a fond smile
