Camping Trip

As me and Sam had started to pack for our camping trip with Chris and Josh I had started to get worried, I never really liked being out in open places that I know something or anything could happen, I guess Sam had noticed me starting to get my anxiety since me and her moved in together "hey Ash what's wrong" I heard her say I looked at her "what if something happens" I said looking at her Sam sighed and walked over to me and handed me her phone "read what Josh told me" Sam said I looked at the phone and I guess Sam was already worried about me doing what I was doing now and as I read her text with Josh from today he said he would bring things to protect us but I looked at her "what things is he bringing" I said she shook her head "I don't know" Sam said as I handed her back her phone "all he told to bring was a pocket knife for the both of us" Sam said I nodded and headed back to my room. I had locked my door trying to calm myself down from my anxiety I had looked for my medicine and I had noticed that I was out of it, I started to freak out and I texted Sam about it and she knocked on the door I unlocked and she sighed with relief "I thought you were" I stopped her "I am" I said she looked at me with shock "I'll call Chris" Sam said "No! no...Sam please don't.... I don't need to fight with him right now about my anxiety" I said looking down I felt Sam hug me "Ash he makes you relax when you don't have your medicine" I heard Sam say "let's just finish packing and then get my medicine, I already call the place to pick up my refill" I said and Sam let go of me she nodded and let go of me and I brought my stuff to our my Jeep. After we had gotten my medicine and we had started to drive to the campsite I noticed Chris was calling and Sam answered it "hey,where are you guys" I heard him say Sam looked at our GPS and she told him I heard him "what's so funny" I heard Sam say "we are behind you guys" I heard Chris say i looked at Sam and she nodded I smirked and I had started to drive faster "wait what the hell" I heard Chris say as a laughed "Ash is a really good driver" Sam said I looked at her and smirked and I looked at mirror and turned onto the road and looked at my GPS "this is going to be a while" I said to myself, I looked at my mirror and I saw Josh car go on the other side I looked back at Sam and she nodded "it's on" Sam said hanging up on my phone "let's do this Ash" I heard Sam say I nodded and put my foot on the gas and started to go faster I was laughing enjoying the feeling of the wind in my hair blowing it I saw Sam stand up and opened my roof and she stood out of it I laughed I saw her started waving back at Josh car "slow down and let them pass and then leave them in the dirt Ash" I looked at Sam and nodded and I had started to slow down and saw Josh car go in front of my Jeep, me and Sam laughed "ready" I said putting the roof of my Jeep down i saw Sam nod and I was ready to push my Jeep  knowing it would go faster than Josh truck. As we went side by side of Josh truck I saw Sam wave and Josh and Chris I looked over at Sam and she got a piece of paper and I stayed the speed of Josh truck and she wrote on the paper and I laughed as it said see you later grandpas Sam held it against the window as I put the gas pedal down all the way and I was laughing going faster than Josh truck I looked at Sam and she was laughing "good job girl" she said putting the paper in her jacket (please do not drag race it is not good, it was just to spice up this chapter, and remember girls can be really good drivers too). As me and Sam got of my Jeep we saw Josh truck pull up, me and Sam looked at each other as we saw Josh and Chris walk over to my Jeep "we are defeated by Ash Jeep, you are a great driver Ash how did you get so good?" I heard Josh say I leaned against my car " I taught myself to drive and that rode we were on was the rode I taught myself on" I said spinning my keys around my finger I saw both of the guys eyes widened I laughed and they all joined in "ok let's get going"Josh said I nodded and popped my trunk as me and Sam got our stuff out. As we got to the place we were camping at I looked at the river close by I sighed and putting my stuff "So Ash and Chris share a tent then me and Sam will share one" I heard Josh say I looked at Sam and she laughed I looked down Sam walked over to me "we'll be right back" Sam said leading to the river I looked back and I saw Chris look at me I waved a little and he did the same turning back to Josh. As I sat down by the river "is that why you didn't grab out tents" I said not looking back at Sam "yes, I guess we should've asked you and Chris first" I heard Sam say I nodded but I heard her phone go off "want me to get Chris" I nodded and I heard Sam walk away but she stopped and gave me my pill bottle "I'll take them back after dinner,so Chris doesn't freak out ok" I nodded looking down, I hated keeping secrets from Chris but I didn't want him to think he would do anything I got and walked back by Sam "I don't need them just put them back in my Jeep" i said and Sam nodded taking the bottle "by the way Josh and Chris and everyone still don't know right?" I heard Sam say I nodded she walked back to the camp. After a while I heard footsteps again and then saw Chris sit beside me I looked at him and he smiled at me I smiled back "I guess that was surprised to the both of us" I heard Chris say I nodded he sighed " if you don't want to share a tent with me just say it"I said looking at the lake "I want to share a tent with you Ash" I heard him say I hugged my knees and put my head on my legs I felt Chris put his arm around me I felt tears come I wiped my eyes and then laid my head against his shoulder "thanks" I said I could feel Chris smile which was nice. After me and Chris had walked back to campsite I had noticed it was getting dark and Josh had put a fire together, Sam walked over to me and sat next to me as I promised I would do her nails I started to get focused and then Josh had scared me and Sam but Sam wasn't scared as I was I fell on the ground and put my hands over my face "Josh" I heard Sam say "what the hell, I told you not to scare her" I heard Sam I had started to cry but I felt arms around me I had moved one fingers and saw Chris holding me I moved and he looked at me "are you ok" I heard Sam say I nodded and noticed the nail polish spilling "I'll get another one and will do them when we get back home" I looked at Sam "ok" I said looking down Sam had grabbed my hand "it's fine Ashley, dumb Josh will learn ok" I heard Sam say and Josh started to laugh I laughed a little and I saw Sam smile. After Josh was done making the beans and pork I noticed Sam picking at the pork I tapped her "the cooler has a salad that I made for you" I whispered to Sam she smiled "thanks Ash" I heard her say she put her bowl down and walked over to the cooler and grabbed the salad I looked at Josh and he made a sad face at Sam I looked down trying to hold back a laugh but then I felt a tap on my shoulder I turned around and saw something a mask I screamed and fell Sam walked faster to me and asked if I was alright "Chris! Did you not learn from Josh" I heard Sam say I started to have one of my anxiety attacks, I tapped Sam and she looked at me scared "wait what's wrong with Ash" I heard Chris say as Sam grabbed my keys and got up quick " she has anxiety attacks" I heard Sam before running I got up and tried to go after her but I knew Chris was the one to grab my arms I started to cry harder kneeling down crying I felt his arms around me "hey Ash...... I'm sorry, god I feel bad" I heard Chris as he laid his head on my back and I felt him start to cry I stood up he looked at me and he stood up and I hugged him he hugged me back I smiled crying into his shoulder. After a while we all went back to eating and the guy kept cracking jokes and me and Sam of course laughed at them but I saw Josh and Sam getting closer " we'll we should get some sleep" I heard Sam and Josh nodded putting the fire out as him and Sam walked into the tent I looked at Chris he held out his hand I grabbed it as we walked into our tent, I laid down with my blanket and I had laid the way I had always laid but I felt Chris put his arms around me and I smiled "Chris" I said I felt him nod his head as he laid it in my shoulder I turned towards him and he looked at me with those icy blue eyes I had always loved I put my hands on his face I felt him put his arms around my waist and the next thing I now he kissed I kissed him back smiling. After we broke away from air I laid my head under his head " hey Ash you know I love you right" I heard him whispered to me I nodded " and you know I love you too" I whispered to him, I felt him kiss my forehead I smiled as I fell asleep in his arms.
