Chapter 2 ~ Giggling Mist? Now I've seen everything

Annabeth Chase

The army was in chaos, no pun intended.

We were under attack.

How Tartarus managed to find us, I had no idea. But it seems the war wasn't over. We had killed Kronos and Gaea and most of their minions, but now we had a much larger enemy.

The god of the pit himself, Tartarus.

I wasn't there when it first happened.

I was on a mission on planet 43 (yes, the rainbow people one, Leo told me about that) with Bianca, Reyna, and Piper.

Then an Iris Message appeared.

"Hey Annabeth!

"What is it, Jason?" Reyna asked, wiping blue blood off her sword.

"We're kinda under attack." He grinned, then ducked under a fireball from Leo.

"Why is there an elephant in the background?" Bianca asked.

Jason looked back, "Oh, thats just Frank." A knife bounced off Jason's back.

"Gotta go!" He yelled and slashed through the Iris Message.

So, we went back to the army.

What I saw was very unexpected.

"That's unexpected." Piper spoke my thoughts.

"Expect the Unexpected!" Bianca launched into battle mode.

Please do not ask me how monsters got here, because I have no idea.

"Chaos said that they must've jumped through Tartarus." Zoë said, suddenly next to me.

(I believe I have been doing Zoë's name wrong. Is it Zoe or Zoë?)

"Oh. So why aren't they dead?"

"Who knows, but the citizens are panicking."

"What about Chaos?"

"Not aloud to interfere. Ancient laws." She shot another arrow, nearly impalling Castor ("Hey!").

"Great. We're on our own. Who are we fighting."

"Tartarus. He can't appear in a normal form here. I can't exactly explain, go see for yourself.

"Thanks." I went to go see for myself.

I highly regret that decision.

Emma or Darkness was stabbing a blackish red mist with her sword.

"Die already!" She yelled, stabbing it where it's heart should've been.

"Ooooh," the mist giggled, "That tickles, do it again!"

"Why won't you die?" Emma sliced down a hellhound.

Oh wait, the mist was Tartarus?

Tartarus, the giggling mist.

Now, I've seen everything.

Thalia Grace

When Annabeth told me about the attack, I didnt think she was serious.

Then we were attacked by a creepy giggling mist and I understood.

I have seen everything.

Silena Bureguard

It was a totally normal day.

Okay, that's a lie.

(This is just now at 400 words, I have no ideas, wow)

After Katelyn had told us of her brilliant plan, everyone freaked.

Then there was a bell.

"It's the shucking Greenie bell." Katelyn muttered.

"ENOUGH MAZE RUNNER REFERENCES KATELYN!" Percy yelled.

"Hi there person!" Beckendorf  yelled from farther away, by a box that a girl stepped out of.

"There's even a box! WE GOTTA ESCAPE THE MAZE!" Katelyn went into fangirl mode.

Luke sighed and ate a Snickers.

"Welcome to the Land of the Faded! I'm Silena, who's apparently your tour guide because everyone is is a Snickers obsessed person, annoying, or a fangirl!"

"NEWT!!!!" Katelyn suddenly sobbed.

Get that girl some help.

Katelyn is MR fans watching the new Death Cure movie

"I feel attacked." Luke took another bite of Snickers.

"Am I annoying?" Percy asked, stealing Luke's Snickers.

I sighed, "Ignore them. Who are you and how did you die!"

The girl stared at me for a moment, "I'm Chloe Davis, AKA Victory. I was in the Beta Division of the army, same time as you guys. I died due to Tartarus attacking."

Luke choked on a Snickers, "Tartarus!?"

"Wait what!" Beckendorf got distracted and fell onto Percy.

"CHUCK!" Katelyn sobbed.

"Yeah." Chloe said, "Tartarus, the giggling mist dude."

"Giggling mist?" Percy asked, "I wanna see that!"

I didn't originally plan for them to fight Tartarus but something needed to happen so I made giggling mist dude.

I am proud of my creation.
