Perseus was sweating. Few could say they had pushed this demigod to his limits. But fighting two Titans at once was more than enough to push anyone to their limits, even one with prowess like his. Out of the corner of his eyes, he noticed a blur of silver, and jumped to the side as it slammed into Atlas.

"Get up, boy! Don't think I'm helping you for my pleasure. And if you think I'm going to let you take my–"

"Shut up! Fight now, argue on Olympus. There, I'll handle you, and any other immortal being that thinks they can stand between me and my wife and kids. There'll be a day of reckoning coming for you gods if you think I'd allow that. But I have no intentions of siding with these pompous Titans. So how about we kill Perses and put Atlas where he belongs before that poor demigod maiden dies over there under the sky."

Artemis looked at him, but knew she couldn't argue. Not only was he right, but he had hit her with her own philosophy. She would worry about their differences later. "You take Atlas. It'll be easier for you to put him back under the sky than I could. It's hard for me to not go all out in a fight like this. And plus. I have a score to settle with Perses here...for touching Zoë."

Artemis started to argue, but couldn't come up with a relative argument. Perseus didn't wait for her approval, though, and took off in a head-long rush at Perses. Artemis in turned faced off against Atlas.

'Get ready. I'm bringing him to you. When he lands under the sky, get out from under it,' Artemis' voice rang in Thalia's head. Thalia couldn't say or do anything to acknowledge the goddess' order.

As Artemis handled Atlas with ease, Perseus, already pushed to his limits, was having difficulty fighting with a Titan who gained strength from destruction. And between the two of them, there were making quite a bit of it.

Perseus had the ground trembling and Perses was leaving craters across the mountain top. Perseus knew that while Atlas was the Titan of strength, even he couldn't stand against Perses might. The more damage he took the stronger he got. And Perseus was dishing out as much as Perses was. The aura around Perseus hadn't diminished. In fact, to everyone else, it looked like it had gotten brighter.

All the demigods were on the ground. Artemis and the twins were the only three on Perseus' side still standing, and even then, they felt the pressure of his power. Artemis glared at the millennia old demigod, but even she was impressed by his power and technique.

Perses seemed the only one completely unaffected by the increase in Perseus' power. The fight between the two super powers continued across the mountain top, neither able to gain the upper hand. Perseus' spear had been shattered near the beginning of the battle and Perses sword had noticeable chips and divots. No one could say that a demigod was weak, especially not one with this much skill.

Not more than a few scratches adorned Perseus' body, where as Perses had sustain some decent hits. "Enough!" Perses shouted, a powerful force pushed Perseus back. He was sweating and it was clear even he was reaching his limit. "I'm done playing with you demigod. You should have died millennia ago. I will correct that!" He raised his hand and pure energy collected before firing straight at the old demigod.

He smirked. Before Perses could realize his mistake a sword sprouted from his chest. Everyone was stunned. He had mist travelled and closed the distance in no more than a second.
