Love and hate are connected in every way,
you hate someone because they hurt you,
and in order for them to hurt you, love must be involved.
Love and confusing and painful,
the longing you have for someone
making it harder to breathe.
You just want them to hold you as the storm rages on,
inside and out,
when you can't fight the monsters hiding in the shadows.
