I never wanted this, I never wanted to be in so deep,
to not be able to put my walls up, to not want to.
I was the ice Queen, but you described me as a flame.
You had courage and weakness, a soft side I brought out.
You brought out the warmth I had been suppressing, the love I was withholding.
My heat was stone cold, numb from past pain,
but you made it beat again, with a ferocity that scared me
and I am forever grateful.
