The rest of the class went as boring as school can ever be and fortunately it was lunch, i packed my books and pens together and put them in a space under the table while I headed towards where majority of the students were going to, i can only guess that's the cafeteria. I was following the herd like a lost sheep when I felt a gentle tap on my shoulder, I turned to see who mistakenly hit me but it was the pretty girl from earlier, the one who came in late with two boys I never got her name of the name of the two boys either.

"Hi, my name is Eniola, you are the new student right?" The pretty girl who tapped me said, I should probably stop calling her that now that I know her name. I only nodded my head while trying to think of a reason she called me the confusion must have been obvious on me face.

"I'm the head girl and I'm to show you around the school and help you get settled in" now that makes sense

"Finally, this school seem never ending, I have been on my way to the cafeteria for the past 5 min and i don't think I'm getting any closer" i replied with the frustration Clear in my voice, i
I sat beside this totally handsome guy, i could feel someone staring at me and I felt goosebumps on my arm I thought I was going to collapse in front of him but somehow I survived and now it lunch break, I wander around looking like a lost puppy looking for the cafeteria, this school is just to big I mean have been walking around for about 10 minute after five minutes extra search I gave up an decided to just go to my class room I wasn't really hungry, I had a big breakfast and I can still contain my hunger until dinner time. I was about to turn to go to my class when I felt a hand on my shoulder, I mean that was strange I was not close to anybody enough to hold me on my shoulder and strangly I love the feeling I turned around only to meet with chocolate brown eyes of that handsome boy what his name again I never asked

"hi am jide and this is my friend James, you are Ifeoluwa right
I replied with nodding my head
"ife for short
I was about to turn around when I remembered I had trouble finding the cafeteria, he beat me to it and said
"do you have trouble finding the cafeteria
He didn't wait for an answer because he just took my hand
"I will show you the way follow me
The feeling of his hand over mine was awesome I mean I loved the feeling. Shortly later we arrived at the cafeteria with surprisingly all eyes on us expecially one girl sitting at the end of the table looking like an Africa barbie, I mean with her straight pointed nose and her small eyes which looked like cat eyes with an oval face made her look like a goddess without doubt(sorry am really bad at describing someone) but she looked at me with pure hatred, I mean this is the first we are meeting each other and certainly my first impression wasn't as nice as I expected or she just had pure hatred for me and I wonder why everybody is starring at me as if am from planet Mars,is there something on my face oh yes jide is still holding my hand I suddenly removed my hand from his warm embrace eventhough I didn't really like it I had no choice some girls were staring dagger at me while some looked at me in awe like I did something no one has ever done. I quickly went to the food court to check what was on the menu and I saw pizza. What type of school serve pizza and ice cream as dessert I guess the school has it uses. I took rice and chicken with only Ice cream I was scanning the hall for a place to seat when jide said
"come and seat with us
I didn't really have a choice so I just followed him and guess who was on his seat that African barbie whose look would have sent me 6 feet below the ground if looks could kill oh yes there is one other beautiful lady seating beside her and she is smiling at me and come to think of it she looks like a girly version of Jide and I smiled back at her trying to be nice. I was about to take a seat but jide beat me too it by bringing the seat out and telling me to have a seat
"let me introduce you to them, Eniola, Kemi, meet Ifeoluwa our new classmate, Ifeoluwa meet Eniola my twin sister he said pointing to the girl that look just like him and meet kemi Eniola's friend he said pointing to that African barbie
"Am jide's close friend don't mind him kemi said
"no you were my friend now you are Eniola's friends
" shut up big babies we are here for lunch not to witness your hatred for each other
"I don't hate him, kemi said
"I do hate you,jide replied
"so ife tell us about yourself, Eniola said
" am 16, am an art student and am very friendly as you can see
"you don't look so friendly to me, kemi said
"shut up, jide replied
"which school are you coming from

" that nonsense school, kemi said
"why did u change school all of a suddenly
"I don't know the reason why but my dad suggested it
"what job is your dad doing
"he is a bank manager
"I knew it, I knew she is from a poor family, kemi said
"sorry do you have a problem with me
"No off course not, what business do I have with a poor girl
"today is my first day in this school so I would try to maintain a good impression, I said getting up from the chair
"if not what would you have done,she replied
"i would have beating you black and blue that you won't be able to use your pathetic make up to cover it

"am sure u don't want to try me, I turn to Jide excuse me please I lost my appetite
"are u sure you just loose your appetite or you are just afraid of me, kemi said
"You are right am afraid of you, am afraid of ruining you beautiful face because am sure God took special time in creating you and some people will kill to have your type of face but that doesn't mean if you pass your boundary one more time I won't save myself the stress of of going to the disposing basket and not dump this lunch on you right here, right now
"it really nice meeting you guys I will see you in class and hopefully not you I said to kemi with that I took my leave
"come back here bitch let me show you what am made of, I heard kemi shout after me as I catwalk out of the cafeteria I have been told I my hips are a little big so I hope am able to put it to good use today
"shut up and sit down kemi, don't embarrass yourself any further, Jide said
