        Damon POV
We walked into the house and I see Sam just sitting there on my couch I walked up to him with Raine next to me "hello Damon"

"Sam"

"well hello who might this lovely lady be"

"hi I'm raine who are you"

"Sam it's lovely to meet you raine"

"you to Sam would you like something to drink"

"no he wouldn't"

"he's a guest don't be rude"

"princess will you please go upstairs"

"why?"

"BECAUSE I SAID SO"

she sprints upstairs and I instantly feel bad but I'll take care of that later she can't be near him he'll hurt her "what are you doing here"

"a little birdy told me you have a new lady friend I just had to see for myself"

"well that's going to be a problem since everyone knows and now she's in danger from everyone including me you better watch your back cousin I will come for her and kill her you took my Isabelle from me now I'm going to take your Raine from you"

"No you won't you'll have to go through me first"

"I will in due time you'll get what you deserve" he turns around and leaves out the door I walk upstairs to apologize to Raine

      Raine POV

I ran upstairs to my room and locked the door when Damon yelled at me I thought he was different from everyone else I thought he was different from mom but it turns out I was wrong he's just like them I've been up here for an hour now I was tired I stood up took a shower and put my night clothes on then I layed down right when I was about to fall asleep someone knocked on my door when I didn't answer the door flew open

"I'm sorry princess for yelling at you"

when I didn't answer he came and sat next to me on my bed "Princess please forgive me" I turn over to look at him then I turn back around tears start streaming down my face

"leave me alone your just like mom you promised you wouldn't hurt me"

"I know I'm but princess please let me explain"

"you could of explained instead of yelling at me earlier"

"I know and I'm sorry"

"ok goodnight princess" I don't respond Instead I close my eyes and go to sleep

I woke up feeling someone poking my face I turn around and see Damon I roll my eyes and turn back around trying to go back asleep which doesn't last long when Damon kisses my cheek and moves my hair out of my face
