Loneliness wraps around her like a shroud
While she stands in a crowd.
Crams her schedule with work and friends
Because busy is equal to happy seems to be the new trend.
Lows that she can't get up from
Highs that she can't get down from
Her mood swings while she takes a drink
Wondering if alcohol pushes her to or pulls her from the brink.
