Ups and downs
Smiles and frowns
The people needed a crown.A pedestal they put her on
Watching her don
Their crown of roses and thorn.Paparazzi asking for a twirl
From fashion's new it girl
Her mind was a swirl.Riches and fame to her name
Yet forever wishing for life to go back to being the same
This was the cost of the ephemeral fame.—•—•—•—•—
