You put a hand on your stomach and looked in the mirror as you put the test on the counter. You couldn't believe this was happening. What was he going to think? What was he going to do? What were you going to do?

A week had past since you found out you were pregnant, and you still hadn't told him.
You were laying down doing homework when your mom called you down for dinner.
"Mom I don't really feel like eati—" You stopped as soon as you saw who was at the table. Your boyfriend of two years who you had been avoiding.
"Scott came by to see you, I told him to stay for dinner." You mother told you.
"Great." You gave him a quick kiss on his forehead and sat down next to him.
Your parents soon came and sat down and you began eating.

Throughout the meal, Scott continuously heard an extra thumping in the room. It sounded like a light heartbeat. He was confused by the sound, not really putting together what it was.
When dinner was over, you walked Scott out. You wouldn't make eye contact with him.
"Y/N, what did I do?"
"Nothing." Something.
"Then why are you avoiding me?"
"Can we talk about this later, please?"
"Tomorrow?" He asked.
"Sure. I'm sorry."
"It's fine, I'll see you tomorrow." Scott kissed you goodbye and left. You went to you bedroom, sat down in your bed, and cried.

You and Scott were in first period when you rushed out of the room to throw up. Scott didn't know what was wrong until he listen to what was happening. He heard you throwing up, and then cursing to yourself. He then listed more closely to where he could hear the light thumping again.

He figured out what the thumping was, and why you were being so distant. You were pregnant. With his baby.
