the next place that i had planned to go to was the skatepark.

a pretty girl in a grungy place had always been one of my favorite settings, so i decided to pursue it for this project.

you changed into a different outfit, light washed skinny jeans and a black bralette top.

when you stepped out of the truck, your wardrobe change took me by surprise.

i wouldn't be surprised if my heart had stopped beating for a few seconds, you looked amazing.

"is this okay? i didn't know what else to grab." you admitted. i nodded, swallowing the words that threatened to tumble out of my mouth.

you walked over to the stairs and sat down on the second highest step, grabbing onto the railing.

the wind blew your hair away from your face, and i clicked the button on my camera.

we spent the next few hours at that park.

i tried to teach you how to skate, using the board i kept in the back of my truck.

you weren't any good at it, but at least i didn't let you fall, right?

the problem was, was that i had.
