"I can't wait to eat here, my mom used to take me and my sister Erin here when we were younger" I said looking at Darrin
"Really? Your mom did?" He asked
"Yeah, she did, we used to love coming here" I said
"Ms. Reagan, good to see you back here" the waiter said
"Thank you Scott" I said with a smile
"How do people know you?" Darrin asked looking at me
"Because my dad is the commissioner" I responded
"Oh right, forgot about that" Darrin said and chuckled slightly "I heard about Joe dying, I saw it on the news, why is Amy crazy enough to go with him if she wasn't allowed?"
"Well, Joe offered it to her, he thought nothing bad would happen so she said yes to going, dad was a bit reluctant to that but Joe and Amy convinced him to because they told him that nothing bad would happen, so he said yes to her going, when Joe got a call about a robbery involving a weapon, he told her to go somewhere safe, she refused and she thinks that my brothers death is her fault, which it isn't, he didn't know anything bad would happen, he was shot and killed and Amy got banged up and she ended up in the hospital for a few nights to recover. She shouldn't blame herself, I've told her time and time again that it isn't her fault" I said to him
"Must've been tragic" he said
"It was, even for her, she loved him so much, you don't know what its like to have to bury a brother by blood and a brother in blue" I said to him
"I was there for the funeral, I experienced the same thing you did" he responded and looked at me
Meanwhile at the Reagan home...
"How could she not tell us that she was going out?" Frank asked looking at Erin then at Danny
"And how about you explain to us why your leaving your life behind to go work for a rich family" Erin said looking at Danny as well
Amy was sitting at the bottom of the stairs when she heard that. She ran back up to her room and slammed her door shut. Danny sighed and went upstairs to Amy
"Amy" he said
"Go away dad" she responded
"What's wrong baby" he asked
"How could you not tell me?" She asked
"I was going to tell you and the boys sooner or later" he said
"When were you planning on it?" She asked to him
Meanwhile back with Crystal & Darrin
Everything is how I imagined, I have a fantastic boyfriend, a fantastic life. I loved my life, except my idiot brother that practically ruined it for me by saying that he was going to leave his family behind to work for a rich family. I didn't like that one bit.
"Is everything alright?" Darrin asked
"Yes everything's fine, just thinking" I responded looking at him
The next day
We were on patrol when we heard something come over the radio, it was faint, almost sounded like a distress call. It was one of the other officers calling in something about a Reagan kid being injured. I knew who that was, it was my niece Amy. We got to the hospital. I ran to the room right away when I got there. I sat down and waited for her to wake up.
"Daddy!" Amy yelled waking up
"Shh, its okay, I'm here baby" Danny replied to his daughter
"Hey Kiddo" I said with a smile
"Hello Aunt Crystal" she said
"Stay tough for me alright champ?" I asked. That was her new nickname from me to her
She nods "okay, I will" she said as she hugged me. She didn't let go, she was too scared to let go of me.
I sat down on the bed and just held her, held her till she was ready to be released away from me. She finally let go, but she didn't want me to leave. Frank nodded and gave us the assignment of keeping her safe
Amy sighed happily as she knew that she was going to be protected by me her aunt. She had a boyfriend, Mr. Popular Jock, Josh Mattson, Josh was a nice guy, he showed Amy respect. He was perfect for her. He was the perfect guy that every aunt wants for their niece, I don't know about every aunt, but I do
"Amy!" Josh yelled
"Its okay, Amy's okay Josh" I reassured him
"Will she be okay?" He asked
"Yes she will" I responded
Josh nodded and went in and sat by Amy's bed and waited for her to notice he was there. When she saw him she immediately put her arms around him and he lifted her up out of the bed with a smile on his face. She wouldn't let go of him, she didn't want to, nothing was going to stop them. They were the perfect couple. Josh was mega worried about his girlfriend, considering his girlfriend was my niece. No one expected her to get hurt and no one knew she would get hurt either, it just...how do I put this? Oh yeah, it just happened suddenly.
A couple days later she started feeling better. She got up and went outside for a walk with Darrin, later I found out that they weren't there as they were taken. Darrin woke up bound to a chair, Amy the same thing, they looked around as they saw my worst enemy Vik and his daughter Kiara.
It took me a while to figure out where they were but it finally came to me. I went with my team to rescue them and put Kiara and Vik back in jail. I sent Amy home with Frank and he took care of her since she was terrified from the experience she had. Frank had to settle her down, when she gets older, she wants to be a cop.
