This isn't tooooo hard as long as you have self discipline and self control....if not then this may be a little difficult.

NO CANDY🍭
NO CHIPS🥔
NO CAKE🍰
NO SODA🥃
NO CHOCOLATE🍫
NO WHITE BREAD🍞

This goes for 27 days but you can change that to fit your goals and schedules. Im going for 30 days and core workouts everyday as well as cardio every couple of days to really get the results i want. GOOD LUCK LUV💜
