Warning: this chapter isn't my normal sorta tips and stuff this is really just me asking for tips from y'all😁

Relationships with food can be very personal to some people and it is very easy to for sorts of disorders when it comes to food. I have no experience with any eating disorders, therefore i cannot really give advice about such things. This is just how my relationship with food is going.

I tend to eat all the time. I overeat. I eat out of boredom. I eat out of emotions. I eat out of just being thirsty. BUT i have been getting better since i started intermittent fasting (AGAIN NOT RECOMMENDING THIS). I have been getting better at balancing nutrients and carbs and proteins and such. Also working out everyday.

Anyway. Does anybody have tips or experience dealing with stopping overeating? If so comment them or message me if you'd rather have a private convo about it. I've done some research but i want to hear some other points of view😁
