Chasity in the mm

Charisma POV:

Wh-What" I choked out as tears started to fall

"Charisma please don't cry-" She called me by my first name which she rarely ever did

"How am I not suppose to cry! When you just told me you have breast cancer Aunt Lauren" I cried

"Zen listen to me they caught it early I'm Stage 1a meaning the size of the tumor is size of a peanut AND has not spread yet thankfully. So I'll be getting treatment as soon as your wedding is done" She said as I kept quiet

"Can we talk tomorrow." I mumbled sniffling I would rather just talk about it in person rather than over the phone

"Of course" She said sadly "I love you sweetheart"

"I love you too" My voice cracked as I said it back hanging up the phone tossing it to the side of me.

"Baybeh what's wrong?" Aug came in the living room with a concerned face

Looking over at him my lips started to tremble and my eyes started to water. As soon as he hugged me I just completely broke down.

"Baybeh What's goin' on'." He asked whipping my tears for me that continued to fall

"My Aunt called just know and told me she has breast cancer."

"Damn man.." He shook his head "Did she tell you how bad she is?"

"She said that she's stage one that it hasn't spread yet but I'm scared August I'm scared what if I lose her Aug I can't."

"Baybeh she gon' be aight as long as she get her treatments. We just have to pray about it das' all God got ha."

"But I just don't understand she's such a good person when do bad stuff have to happen to her?" I asked

"God wouldn't throw somethin' her way if she couldn't handle it. We gon' have ta' put it in his hands and hope fa' the best."

"Okay" I nodded my head feeling tears slide down my face and he whipped them for me

"I hate seein' you cry." He mumbled

"I just want to cuddle and sleep."

"Aight let me put ya food away and you ca' go upstairs."

As he put my food away I went upstairs to change into something more comfortable.

As I put on Aug t-shirt I went and laid down seeing that he had on sports but I didn't want to watch that so in the middle of changing the channel he walked in with a ginger ale with a jar of pickles  knowing I get sick in the middle of the night 

"Hea'." He passed them to me

"Thank you." I said as he laid down next to me putting his hand on my stomach

"What you watchin."

"The I.D channel."

"Ole crazy ass always watching this channel."

"First of all I'm not crazy and these shows be really good babe. This show is called Deadly Women and it be different type of women that kill over money or have and affair so they could have the other man kill they husbands."

"If yo ass ever cheat Ima kill you." He said randomly

"I won't or find the need to cheat I'm content where I'm at so shut up" I plucked his forehead since he laying in my breast.

"Did Chasity give you a hard time when you put her down?"

"Na not really I use that bedtime lotion and gave her milk." He rubbed my stomach

"Ow! Stop August he just kicked me really hard" I frowned "Now I have to use the bathroom." I rolled my eyes because I was already comfortable

"My bad." He chuckled getting from off of me so I could use the bathroom

Once I got done I walked back into the room seeing that Chasity was now on Aug chest.

"Really?" I asked once I got settled again

"She wanted me and I can't tell my lah' princess no you already know that so don't een' start.

"Whatever August" I laughed "Good night babe."

"Night gimme a kiss." I pecked his lips a few times before laying back down and going to sleep.

"Duni you want a brother?" I asked as I put her breakfast down on her highchair

"No mama" She shook her head about to cry

"Okay okay" I said she was spoiled I been trying to get her to warm up to the idea for another sibling for the last month now and she wasn't liking it at all.

Hearing a knock at  the door I knew Aug was going to get it so I didn't bother moving.

Hearing my Uncle voice I knew both him and Aunt Lauren was here.

I heard Aug say "She in the kitchen"

"Hey Nanna baby." I heard my Aunt come into the kitchen making Chasity smile and reach for her.

"You're eating, huh?" She said smiling picking her up then looked over at me "We have to talk" I nodded already knowing what about

She sat her back down in her chair and sat at the table with me grabbing my hand before talking.

"Zen I'm going to be fine please trust me." She said slowly

"I know I'm scared I don't want to lose my only mother figure in my life."

"You're NOT going to lose stop saying that I'm getting all the necessary treatments that I need to get after your wedding." She told me

"Okay."

"Can I get a hug now?" She asked nodded I smiled getting up from my seat and hugged her

"My baby pregnant again please slow down."

"I'll try" I shrugged and laughed at the face she gave me "What? I will try it's August I swear." It was partly his fault with his fine ass

"It take two Miss." She shook her at me smiling

"Look at my mamas you done?" I cleaned her up and took her out the highchair so she could walk

"So we leave in three days when is Joey and Liv coming down?

"Tomorrow." She nodded as we walked in the living room where Uncle Mark and August was arguing over basketball

"You can't tell me OKC and Golden State ain't two of the best teams in the NBA right now" August argued

"They not!"

"So who better? I'a wait." Aug said "Exactly nobody stick ta' football this basketball argument ain't gon' look to good fa' you and you ain't finna win." Aug waved him off picking up Chasity as she walked over to him

"Are y'all done?" I asked amused seeing them go back and forth

"Baybeh tell ya Uncle somethin'." August said at the same time Uncle Mark said "Tell y'all husband something."

My family was far from perfect but I wouldn't trade them for nothing in the world.

This was basically a filler nothing to big

Next chapter is going to be a "pre-wedding" chapter they finally getting married yall who else excited because I am lol
