"What time you going to be coming back home?" I asked as he got dressed to help his uncle at the shop

"Prolly six or a lah' later I'a call you and let you know." He said as he finished tying his shoes

"Okay." I picked at my nails as he kissed Chasity bye before coming over to me

"Fix your face." He said as he pulled me up to hug him

"Okay" As he pecked my lips repeatedly making me smile

"There it go." He said talking about my smile "I luh' you."

"I love you more I'll see you when you get back."

"You sho' you gon' be aight wit' both of them by yourself?"

"Yes Aug I got this and Duni going with Aunt Lauren and Uncle Mark in a few because they wanted to take her somewhere."

"Aight just call me if anything baybeh."

"I know August now go before Uncle Nick call you."

"Okay then take your time so he could call you and cuss you out." I said shrugging my shoulders

"Okay so tell him that now he calling you." I pointed out but he didn't answer it making me laugh as my phone started to ring

"Don't answer." He said reaching for my phone but I got to it before him

"Hey Uncle Nick." I answered smiling at August but he stuck the middle finger at me

Putting the phone on mute before I spoke "You already do that explains them." I pointed to Ayden and Chasity and then took his off mute

"Where that house of bones at?" Uncle Mark asked talking about August making me laugh

"Still here he was talkin-ahh" I screamed as he ran after me

"August stop playing!" I ran downstairs and into the kitchen on the other side of the counter

"If you'on tell Yung wit' his avocado shape headass ta' get ta' this shop Ima be givin' out free ass whippins." He said ending the call making me look down at the phone then to August before we both started laughing

"We goofy as hell."

"You lucky you didn't wake Ayden or you would be putting him back to sleep he kept me up all night" I said getting lowkey serious because he was having a difficult time sleeping

"Yea, Yea gimme a kiss so I ca' go." He leaned about to peck them but licked them instead

"Come on that's gross as hell" I whined
