A few months later ..

Charisma POV:

"Mommy bubba keeps pulling my hair" Chasity whined as I was driving

"Ayden stop pulling her hair before I call your dad" I warned

"No I sorry mommy." He said making me sigh we was driving to August opening for his Art workshop/after school program where kids could come and stay out of trouble.

He had to leave early to make sure everything was fine and had to make sure nobody wasn't messing anything up especially on this day.

"Mommy I made daddy a card I'm going to give it to him."

"Okay baby we almost there." I told her

After a few minutes of driving we was finally there.

"Ayden you have to do better." I laughed at his chocolate covered face and hands as he just grinned at me

"Can I go in wit daddy now?" Chasity asked getting impatient

"Your dad isn't going anywhere I have to clean Ayden off. Calm down Duni you'll be able to give him your card." I shook my head at how much she was attached to August

Finish cleaning him off we walked inside to see more people than expected. Looking around to see if I could find August but spotted my Aunt instead.

"Hey Aunt Lauren." I walked up and hugged her

"How are you Zen." She smiled softly picking up Ayden

"I'm good have you seen August?." I asked her as I held a pouting Chasity hand

"He was all around here but maybe check his office in the back." She said

"Okay because Missy here want to give him her card and getting impatient."

"Leave her alone she's a daddy's girl."

"I know I know you got him?"

"Yes go ahead." She waved me off

Saying hellos and hi's as I was making my way to his office. When walking in I said him sitting on his desk on the phone.

"Na I need all the oil paints and canvas delivered by Monday." Once he notice us he smiled waving us over as he finished his call

"Daddy I got you a card!" Chasity said excitedly as he picked her up and put her on his lap

"You did? Lemme see." Smiling at them interact I sat down in one of the chairs he opened the card "You gave me money?" He chuckled

"Yup I gave you big moneys." She smiled big

"How about I give you the money and you get whatever candy you want?"

"Okay" She laid against his chest

"Where Ayden bad ass at?" He asked making me playfully roll my eyes

"My baby isn't bad and he's with Aunt Lauren and people is waiting so let's go."

"I know I ain't een' think all these people would be out ta' show me love." He licked over his lips

"Baby you know your loved by many people even your family from New Orleans came out because they believe in you. Right Duni?"

"Yes" She squished his cheeks together and gave him a kiss

"Thank you Baybeh." He told me before we walked out and went and talked and mingled with people.

"Look at him I'm so proud." Janice said walking up on me smiling
