Aoba Josai and Karasuno had scheduled a practice match, the only condition was that Kageyama had to play as the setter.

Kindaichi and Kunimi had went to middle school together along with Kageyama. From the two, they know that Kageyama wasn't a team player and very demanding.

On the day the Karasuno team was to show up for the practice match, Kindaichi and Kunimi was strolling around, on the way to the gym. "Kindaichi, how're you feeling? about seeing-"

"I feel fine" Kindaichi interrupted.

"Oi, don't interrupt." Kunimi said as he patted Kindaichi's back a little too hard. "as I was saying..  how do you think it'll be like seeing Kageyama-" he paused.

"I think he'll be the same king." He answered.

"What about (y/n)? Think she became the manager? She said she wanted to."

Kindaichi paused, opening his mouth to speak but then closing it. "Uh.. Well, she said she would, so I expect to see her." he answered. Kunimi shook his head, disappointed with his answer.

"You know that's not what I mean." Kunimi bluntly replied.

"I don't know what you mean-" Kindaichi's face slowly reddening.

"Kindaichi" Kunimi raised his voice. "Kunimi" mumbled Kindaichi. They stopped in front of the gym.

"Are you going to tell-"

"Kindaichi! Kunimi!" Oikawa called.

Kindaichi quickly walked in, leaving Kunimi.

Kunimi only sighed, shaking his head for the second time before he followed behind.

You exited the theatre, Kindaichi and Kunimi by your side. "Ah, what a weird movie.." You said softly. It was a romance movie, it's not that you didn't like it, it was sweet but, you were with two of your guy friends. But it wasn't your idea anyway, it was actually Kindaichi's, surprisingly.

"You didn't like it?" Kindaichi asked. "Oh, it's not that, I did like it but it's just, I don't know, romance stuff. I just wonder what it would be like to have a boyfriend or whatever.." You responded shyly, moving your hair behind your ears.

"Oh" Kindaichi responded.

"We should head home now." Kunimi said. You nodded and you all began walking, because the three of you lived in the same area, you walked together.

Kunimi arrived at his place first, and he waved to the two of you while you both waved back.

Next was your place, since Kindaichi wouldn't let you walk alone, especially at night.

You both talked about various things, and let out a few laughs along the way. And then you stopped in front of your house.

"Thank you Kindaichi, it was fun." Kindaichi smiled, and nodded "yeah it was, but maybe we should have seen a different movie.." He chuckled awkwardly and brought a hand to the back of his hand.

"Maybe we should see a horror movie next." You suggested. Kindaichi perked up, "we? Like again?"

You smiled and nodded "yeah, you, me, and Kunimi again!"
