Jungkook's POV

The smell of bacon cooking brings me out of my sleep. Sitting up, I smile at the sight before me. Jimin frowns as he concentrates on not dropping the breakfast tray he carries.
"You didn't have to" I say as he places it on the bedside table next to me. Jimin shakes his head as he pulls me into a kiss, climbing on top of me. My hands go to his thighs as he straddles me, the kiss deepening. I run my hands up his thighs as he holds onto my shirt.
"Jungkook...y-you're breakfast is getting cold" he mutters as we pull apart, breathless. I look him in the eyes and smile.
"Okay babe" I say as he climbs off of me, not missing the red colour of his cheeks.

"Jimin, I'm still leaving" I say, putting my shirt back on as he lies back, his hair a mess and lips red and puffy.
"I know. I'm coming with you. Get dressed" he says, swinging his legs out of bed and pulling on a new pair of jeans. I stop what I'm doing to look at him, contemplating his words. The idea of Jimin always beside me, moving into our own place makes me smile. If every morning could be a fraction like this one, I wouldn't mind growing old with him.

As soon as we're dressed and I've got Taehyung's jacket on and my bag on my back, Jimin takes out a large sports bag. I follow as he leads us out of the his bedroom and towards the room down the hall.
"I don't think they were ever going to tell me this. Probably just drug me to sleep and I'd wake up back in zero orbit. I've only been eating packeged food for a week now" he says, handing me a file. I scan the contents, the majority of it is technical language but the purpose is all too clear.

"They want to go back up to the center" I say, looking at him. Jimin looks scared but determined as he closes the file drawer and quickly scribbles a small note.
"What are you going to tell them?" I ask. Jimin glances up at me with a sad smile.
"That I'll be gone for a long time and that they shouldn't miss me" Jimin says quietly, sealing the envelope and softly dropping it on the desk. As he turns to face me, I throw my arms around him, pulling him closer to me.

"We have to move Jungkook" he mumbles into my shoulder. I close my eyes as I nod but neither of us want to move. Jimin is the first to pull away, taking my hand and leading me to the garage. There's enough space for a whole fleet of cars but only one is left. Jimin holds up a pair of keys and jangles them as we head to the car.
"I took them from my Dad a couple of days ago......I wanted to surprise you and pick you up after school" he says as we climb in.

I fasten my seat belt and grin, leaning over the gears to kiss his jaw.
"Thank you" I say simply. Jimin smiles proudly as we pull out of the space and towards the garage doors.
"They're motion sensor doors" Jimin points out as the garage doors start opening as the car approaches. We drive out into the sunlit drive way and towards the road.

"Jimin?!"

I look to see Jimin's parents along with security detail, standing on the lawn and looking at us in shock. Jimin presses hard on the gas pedal, sending the car shooting off onto the road. The screech of tyres fill the empty suburban street as we zoom off, Jimin clutching the wheel tightly.
"Are they following us?" Jimin asks. I can only sit in my seat, heart racing and too shocked to do anything.
"Jungkook! Don't freeze. Are they following us?" he asks, taking a second to spare me a reassuring glance. I crane my neck to look behind me. Other than normal downtown traffic, none of the cars look suspicious.

"No.....I-I don't know" I say biting my lip and looking through the rear view mirror. Jimin takes one hand off the wheel and holds mine.~
"They won't find us, Kookie. We'll get far away from them, from him. You'll never see any of them again" Jimin says.

We drive in silence as downtown streets turn into motorways. The radio plays faint songs from long ago and I drift between sleep, comforted by the lilting sound of Jimin's voice. He seems so free and happy.

Like he has nothing to lose.....
