"What are you going to do?" Isabella asks looking over the bed frame at Hunter who was getting ready for the day, he was shaking so much he couldn't even do the buttons on his shirt up, Isabella got up out of bed in just a sports bra and shorts - she never felt comfortable anymore and clothes were so restricting
"I don't know what to do, I'm not letting them know it's you that I'm asking about but we need answers" Hunter explains throwing his arms at his side in an angry huff
"Come here" Isabella sighs softly walking towards him, like a child he stomps the rest of the way towards her and stands in front of her with a glum look on his face while Isabella did up the buttons on the shirt that he seemed incapable of doing. The annoyed look on his face is soon replaced by a smile as he ran his hands down Isabella's sides, they stop at her hips and circle around her to hold her in his arms. Before she knows what is happening, Hunter picks up the tv remote from the bed to turn it to a music channel before starting to sway Isabella in his arms.
"This reminds me of out wedding" Hunter grins fondly, although werewolves mostly thought human traditions were.. well stupid there were some that they liked to do, one of the biggest examples of this was the first dance at weddings. For Isabella and Hunter they had, had a hard time choosing the song they wanted to dance too, nothing seemed to work for them perfectly - Hunter had suggest 'Can I Have This Dance?' from High School Musical at one point and that was when Isabella knew she had to put her foot down and come up with a song together. In the end they were down to 3 options and Hunter had said he would deal with it, after a promise of no HSM Isabella agreed to it, she was still recovering and wasn't in a great position to be planning a full wedding, not one fit for a King anyway so leaving it to him would be okay.
Isabella didn't know it but Hunter not only picked the first dance song but he also had a song playing while she was walking up the Isle called 'Beautiful in White' by Westlife which brought a tear to Isabella's eye knowing Hunter had picked out the song, the first thing he said to her when she was next to him was
"I knew that song would be perfect, who am I kidding? You'd look beautiful in any colour" he grinned shyly

The after the ceremony and after having food which by this point, Isabella was able to throughly enjoy - Hunter held his hand for her to take before leading her to the huge dancefloor that had been lay down in the back of the garden of the castle with chairs and tables surrounding it. Music filled Isabella's ears and she instantly noticed it was none of the options that they had come with but she didn't care, she swayed in her new husbands arms and yet as she listened to the music while dancing, she burst into tears at how perfect it felt to be with him, he had chosen a song called 'Amazed' by Lonestar
"Are you okay?" Hunter asked bring Isabella back out of her thoughts, she wiped the tears that had fallen onto her cheeks off
"I was just thinking about the wedding, how perfect it was" Isabella says smiling reaching up to kiss Hunter on the lips
"I don't want this to be how we live forever, we still don't feel completely calm in our own home. I'm going to push my dad to give me answers so that they can leave, we can have the babies, be a perfect family and love each other for the rest of our lives" Hunter says more to himself than to Isabella but she grins all the same at him
"That sounds perfectly soppy my darling" she says before kissing him again
"You're amazing Bella" he replies, it was his new favourite compliment to Isabella becuase it reminded them both of their perfect wedding, he crouches down onto his knees to be in line with her bump
"You're mummy is the best, I can't wait for you to meet her" he says before kissing the bump two times, one for each baby
"You're not too bad yourself" Isabella says grinning cheekily
"Now, daddy is going to kick some ass.... I MEAN BUM!" Hunter shouts at the stern look on Isabella's face but she can't help but laugh at him
"Come straight to me once your done and fill me in" Isabella says walking into Hunter's arms once more, she didn't want to let him go
"Come with me" Hunter said in a pleading tone, he had asked her multiple times but her answer was always the same
"I'd be constantly in and out going to the toilet" she giggles "Plus you and your parents need to do this, I'm not far away"
"Wait for me?" Hunter asks stepping away from Isabella their fingertips trailing against each other until there was no more contact, they both felt instantly colder and emptier. This was another thing they had both got into the habit of doing, the last time Isabella nearly died it had been the last thing he had said to her before leaving and now they always said it to each other even if they were both going to be in the same house as each other like now
"I'll always wait for you Hunter" she replied and with one final smile, he opened the door and left. Isabella could only hope that this meeting with his parents would get him the answers he seemed so desperate to find.
A/N Bit of a filler chapter but I love things like this when you get some more details about an event that isn't being fully covered in a book. Below is the lyrics from the 'first dance' song that they had just in case you can't access the video for what ever reason - I spent a long time trying to find a perfect song for Hunter & Isabella's past and it was a hard one and this came the closest but if you have any other suggestions (that aren't very popular songs) then comment them! :)
