P.4 ~~ Unkown Call

Toadsworth walked alone. He was with Toadette but they split up for a few to cover more ground.

Toadsworth looked around. He was in the living room. He didn't eye anything suspicous yet. But it was quiet--too quiet. The elder's eyes squinted. Then the phone rang. He turned to it.

Call from:Unkown Caller

Toadsworth looked at it. It could be the murder. But it also could be the host. He grabbhed the phone then put it to his ear.

"Hello?" He said. All there waa heard was breathing. Toadsworth's moustache rose up. "Hello?" He repeated. Then he heard a wooshing sound. Toadsworth turned around.

"Ehh? Hello?" He said. Toadsworth set the phone down.

"Anybody there?" He questioned. Then,he felt something wrap around his neck. He coughed. It was the telephone wire. He tuggled at it,trying to remove it. It clenched tighter across his neck.

Finally,Toadsworth let go and slumped sligtly. He was dropped to the floor. The elder lay lifelessly.

"Toadsworth?" Toadette went to go check on him. She shook when she saw him dead. She rushed over.

"Toadsworth," she echoded,shaking the limp body. "Toadsworth!"

She looked around,then ran off.
