It was ten years later, and Bucky went into his home to find Natasha cradling their baby, James.
"Hey.." Bucky said, sitting down next to her.
"Hey.." Natasha said, her eyes still on James.
"Is James doing good?" Bucky asked.
"Yeah.. I can't believe he is about to turn three. Someday, he will be going into high school," Natasha said.
"Smh. High school. It was the worst, but best years of my life," Bucky said.
"Is that so?" Natasha replied.
"Yup. The worst because I almost risked losing you.. the best because... I met you," Bucky said, starting to tear up. Natasha smiled, looking up into Bucky's eyes.
"Your a good man, Barnes.." Natasha said.
"Not really, no," Bucky replied, "But, you're the only one who understands that."
