•Cameron's POV•

I was in Texas still when Tyler called me saying Alice wasn't doing good. I couldn't just stay here so I flew back to La and went to the hospital
I just walked in Al's room

"Where is she?"I asked
"Cam sit"Kurt said
"No! Why?!"I said
"She's alive but.. Her esophagus tore back open so they had to take her to surgery... And if they don't get some bleeding under control she can go into kidney failure"Kurt said
I sat down in shock
"Where's Niki and her mom?"I asked
"Tyler's on the phone with them right now"He said
"They'll be here soon"Ty said coming in
"Im here too!"Oakley said
"Oakley!"I said
"Hey.. I heard my best friend was in danger so I had to come"Oak said

Btw,after graduation Oakley and Ella went back home cuz their grandpa was very sick

Alice's doctor came in, All eyes went to him
"She's ok, we got the bleeding to stop and we fixed her esophagus"The doc said
"Will she be able to talk again?"I asked
"There's no way of telling right now"He said
"Im going to ask yall to leave so we can bring her in here and get her settled"The doc said
We all went to the waiting room

"Hey is she ok?"Monica asked
"Yea"I said
"Oakley!"Niki said
"Hey Niki!"Oak said as they hugged
"3 people can come see her"A nurse said
"Cam I have to"Oak said
"Yea go ahead"I said
Monica Niki and Oak went to her room

"Cam she's going to be ok"Kurt said
"I know I'm just worried that she'll... Do something cuz she feels like she messed up"I said
"That's why we stand by her assure her that everything is ok"Tyler said
"Yea.. You're right"I said

•Alice's POV•

It's been 4 weeks since my surgery. I haven't talked, I stay in bed and I only eat pudding once in a while.

"Al, your doctor said you can try eating rice"Oakley said
I got up and went to the kitchen
"Here baby"My mom said giving me a plate
I slowly ate it
"Your doctor appointment is today"Niki said
"You find out if you can talk"Mom said
I rolled my eyes
"Where's her white board?"Oak asked
"She broke it"Niki said
"Really Al"Oak said
I gave a little evil smirk
"Ok Al go get ready!"Mom said

By the way Cam is living here, We decided on being friends and we are all going to live together, Niki, Cam and I have separate rooms. He is out with friends right now, I snuck in his room and put on his shirt

"Ok it looks healed.. Now the moment of truth, Try to say something"The doc said

"See I told you everything would be ok"Niki said hugging me

"That's good, But you still been to be careful still eat soft food and avoid singing until the 8th week"The doc said

We went home and ate some cake. Cam walked in
"Cameron!"I said
"You can talk!"Cam said

He hugged me tight

"Oo cake"Cam said getting a bite of my piece
"Hey that's mine!"I said
"Hey I'm letting you wear my shirt"He said

He smiled and kissed me on the cheek

"So Al, there's this big dinner event thing happening tonight and there will be dancing.. Will you go with me?"He said
"Yea"I said
"Good, it starts at 7"He said
"It's already 6!I need to start getting ready!"I said and took off to my room
I looked up the event and it's a real fancy thing so I decided to wear a dress

After getting ready I met Cam at the place
He looked shocked
"Woah Al, you look so beautiful"He said

"Look who's here!"Cam said
Demi walked up
"Alice!She said
"Demi!"I said
She hugged me

"How are you doing?"She asked
"Im great!"I said
"That's good! It's so good to see you"She said

"I'll catch up with yall later! I have to perform in a bit"She said

I'll be came on. Cam held out his hand, I grabbed it and we went to the dance floor
His hands were on my waist and my arms were on his shoulders
He leaned in and kissed me
That lasted for a bit until I pulled away

"Want a drink?"He asked
"Yea"I said
We went to the drink table
"Want wine?"He asked
"I would but I'm need to be careful with what goes down there"I said
"Oh right, You want water then?"He asked

"Ok here"He said giving me a cup
I took a drink and spit it back in the cup
"That's vodka"I said
"Shit sorry"He said
He gave me a water bottle
"Demi is about to perform,Let's go"He said
We sat at a table near the stage and she started singing

"You'll be there soon Al"Cam said
"Hope so"I said

We danced more and hung out with Dem. I started feeling dizzy
"Cam can we go, I don't feel good"I said
"Uh yea let's go"He said
When I got home I changed and sat on the couch
My phone started ringing, It was some woman from the courthouse

Person- are you sure?

A- yea I'm sure, Just don't do anything

Cam sat with me so I hung up
"Who was that?"He asked
"No one"I said
"Uh it was someone, and what do you mean don't press charges"He said
"It's nothing Cam"I said
"No you're going to tell me now"He said
"It was just about this lady at rehab"I said
"What about her"He said
"She was abusive"I said
"To you?"He asked
"Yep"I said sighing
"You need to press charges! She can't just hurt my girl and get away with it!"He said

"What did she do to you?"He asked
"Hit, slapped, kicked, pushed and punched"I said
He looked pissed
"Can you sleep with me?"I asked

After I brushed my teeth and everything we laid down together. It felt so good being in his arms
