When ur in ur safe place stay calm and think positive. When ur mad, sad, depressed or anything negative.

It's always a good thing to write down what ur feeling.

You could also talk to a trusted person about being trans if u came out. But if u haven't came out u could write things down and express what and how you feel about ur day being trans or really anything.

Again being trans isn't easy it's like a challenge but we get though it and there is good things about being trans.
