Hey y'all it's been a while. Ik I'm a loser.
But I still want to talk about being transgender, sexuality, etc.So like many people in the world that's transgender has body issues know as " body dysmorphia ".
Body dysmorphia is a mental illness which is like when someone who focus on a flaw or multiple flaws and spends hours,days,and even years trying to fix it about themselves.
They even have depression and they get really insecure about their bodies.
It's important to love and own your body. It's about wanting to love your body, it's not all about showing it off. But having enough self confidence helps a long ways.
Taking baby steps trying to overcome body dysmorphia or other mental illness that causes you to think so badly on yourself will help you feel more comfortable in your own body.
Being transgender or being another sexuality takes change, your mind goes through changes and so does your body. Take time to appreciate yourself and see how you grown is a really helpful way.
